With the advent of the information age,social networks have gradually developed from offline to online,greatly enriching the form of information dissemination,accelerating the speed of information dissemination,but also facilitating the spreading of rumors.This paper mainly studies the spreading of rumors on social networks,and improves the spreading rate and model.Furthermore,the random immunization and target immunization,which control the rumor spreading,were applied to the rumor spreading model in this paper for comparative analysis.The main work and conclusions are as follows:1.In view of the fact that users in social networks have different resistance to rumors and different intimacy between users,the concept of individual reliability to rumors and intimacy between individuals are introduced,then the corresponding function is given to define the non-uniform spreading rate that reflects the characteristics of network structure.Based on the heterogeneous mean-field theory,a network rumor model with non-uniform spreading rate,namely BI-SIR model,is established,and the expression of its basic regeneration number is obtained and the stability of the rumor-free equilibrium is analyzed.In BA scale-free network,numerical simulation is used to verify the correctness of theoretical analysis of the model.The experimental results show that rumor reliability and user intimacy have important impacts on the rumor spreading: low rumor reliability will suppress the evolutionary process of the rumor,and high user intimacy will accelerate rumor propagation process.The results of the comparison of different control strategies show that controling the rumor spreading behavior of individuals with high degree can restrain rumor spreading more effectively.2.Considering that the different extent of the rumor spreader's reliability leads to different intensity of rumor spreading,then according to the difference of their own spreading intensity,the rumor spreaders can be divided into two categories: light rumor spreaders and heavy rumor spreaders.At the same time,considering the individual's moving in and out(user's registration and cancellation),a S2 IR network rumor spreading dynamic model with transfer probability is established based on the heterogeneous mean-field theory.The BI-S2 IR model is obtained by using the non-uniform propagation rate in the S2 IR model.The theoretical analysis is verified by numerical simulation in the BA scale-free network.The simulation results show that rumors spread faster and wider in the nodes with larger degree.Rumors spread faster and wider between the nodes with higher rumor reliability and higher user intimacy.Furthermore,the influence of the forgetting rate and refuting rate on rumor spreading is explored.The sensitivity analysis of basic regeneration number is carried out,and some suggestions are put forward to control the spreading of rumors.The comparative analysis of random immunity and target immunity in BI-S2 IR model show that the target immunity is more effective.In random network,small world network and scale-free network,the influence of network structure and network average degree on rumor spreading is analyzed.
