Surge disaster caused by landslide is a common phenomenon in nature.When the landslide enters the water,the huge surge will pose a great threat to residents and other buildings.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the wave characteristics and climbing mechanism of landslide surge.The main research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The far field influence of landslide body on surge wave under different shapes is studied.It is concluded that the near field first wave in shallow water is sensitive to the shape of landslide,while the middle and far field first wave in deep water is insensitive to the shape of landslide.The influence of water depth and Froude number on the first wave is analyzed by numerical simulation.It is concluded that the amplitude of surge wave increases with the increase of Froude number.(2)The experimental devices in the references were used to verify the model and analyze the working conditions under different water depths.The results show that:The calculated results of the experimental wave and the simulated wave approximately coincide,which indicates that the proposed mathematical model and the choice of parameters accord with the reality,and also lays a good foundation for the next numerical simulation analysis.(3)By analyzing the characteristics of surge wave,the relation between wave velocity and water depth,the contrast between wave velocity and the size of solitary wave velocity,and the relation between wave height and wavelength are obtained.By analyzing the relationship between wave velocity and solitary wave velocity,the variation trend of wave velocity of the next surge wave can be predicted,and the type of surge wave can be distinguished by analyzing the relationship between relative wave height and relative wavelength.(4)The wave climbing behavior of surge wave is analyzed,the wave breaking types are distinguished,and the wave climbing characteristics of surge wave on flat slope and vegetation slope are described.The results showed that:The maximum climb of the wave is not necessarily generated by the first wave,but may be generated by the subsequent wave,and the peak velocity shows a monotonous downward trend.In the generated surge wave,nonlinear oscillatory wave and nonlinear transition wave are generated along with wave propagation.With the increase of landslide Angle,the number of wave breakage decreases gradually.(5)By comparing the climbing height of the simulation results with the empirical formula,the error between the two is compared.By analyzing the relationship between wave height and slope,the accuracy of the prediction of the formula is proved.The research in this paper can provide reference for the modeling,calculation and simulation of landslide surge wave,as well as the research on the characteristics of landslide surge wave,and it is of great significance for the prediction of landslide surge wave's climb.
