Fiber laser has been widely used in military equipment and other fields with the greatly improved research level of it.However,for high-energy laser weapons used in vehicles,super capacitors are used as the energy storage devices for the fiber laser power supply due to the lack of stable power supply from the grid.The traditional linear power supply has large energy consumption and low efficiency,so the continuous use of high-energy laser weapons in vehicles is limited under the condition that a super capacitor is used as an energy storage device.In addition,the space that can used in vehicle is limited,therefore,the fiber laser and its power system need to be integrated,which places higher requirements on the overall heat dissipation performance.Hence,in this dissertation,the fiber laser power system is designed and implemented,and the heat dissipation system for the integrated laser system is also designed based on the actual vehicle use requirements.The purpose is to reduce the size of the fiber laser system and improve the efficiency of the fiber laser power supply,thereby improving the flexibility and continuous combat capability of high-energy laser weapons on board.First,the model analysis of the half-bridge LLC resonant converter is completed,and parameters and device selection are determined.At the same time,a compensation controller is designed to improve the stability of the circuit.Simulation results show that the designed compensation controller enables the system to achieve a phase margin of 60.5 degrees,and the crossing frequency falls within the ideal range of 1/5 to 1/10 of the switching frequency.Then the whole power supply system is designed and implemented,including the hardware circuit design and software design of the information collection and control part.A test platform was set up to test the fiber laser power system.The results show that the designed 2000 W fiber laser power system basically meets the design goals and can satisfy the requirements of the fiber laser power supply.Finally,considering the practical background of vehicle use,due to the limited space,the optimized heat dissipation design of the overall chassis is given in the case of integration of fiber laser and power system.Simulation results show that the thermal design scheme can meet the working requirements of the fiber laser and its power system.
