On the one hand,resources and environment provide material basis for human production and life,on the other hand,they are also affected by human activities.Hebi,as a coal resource-based city and a large city of agricultural production,has a series of social and economic activities,such as coal mining activities and agricultural farming activities,which put pressure on the local resources and environment.Since the 19th National Congress of the People's Republic of China,the viewpoint of"Jinshan Silver Mountain"has further sublimated ecological civilization,led the regulation of social economy and made it develop in a benign and sustainable direction.Under this background,this paper takes Hebi city as the research area,and collects the resources environment related literature comprehensively,then takes it as the foundation induction summary,forms the research theory foundation finally.Data collection is effectively organized to support support the research.Based on the system dynamics method and spatial analysis method,the development index parameters and spatial differentiation characteristics of Hebi present situation of resources and environment are obtained.The specific results are as follows:(1)Research on carrying capacity of resources and environment based on time dimension.Using the system dynamics method,select the main elements of water body pollution pressure,air pollution pressure,water resource pressure,land resource pressure and other resources and environment pressure related to population and social economy.Therefore,the SD model was constructed.Besides,we design nine development models through parameter adjustment,take the current concept of ecological civilization as the guide,and get the best development model under the condition of taking into account the economic development.The following conclusions are drawn:The change with time is the main dynamic characteristic of the carrying capacity of resources and environment,and the system dynamics method is the suitable method for the dynamic study of resources and environment carrying capacity.The parameters of the best development model of Hebi city are as follows:GDP growth rate is about 8%,investment proportion of environmental protection is about 0.05‰,water consumption of ten thousand yuan is about 20 m~3/10,000 yuan,investment ratio of air pollution control is about 30%,investment ratio of water pollution treatment is about 70%,land area of per capita built area is about 110 m~2.Medium speed economy development,high environmental protection attention,medium speed resource consumption,is the best mode of development of Hebi.(2)Research on carrying capacity of resources and environment based on spatial dimension.Using the analytic hierarchy process to construct the index system based on the three perspectives of farming,urban construction and ecology,then the spatial grading evaluation of the carrying capacity of resources and environment in Hebi city is carried out,and the hot spot analysis and cluster analysis are carried out on the basis of the evaluation results.The following main conclusions are drawn:spatial differentiation is the main characteristic of the carrying capacity of resources and environment,and the spatial analysis method based on GIS is the suitable method for the study of the spatial differentiation characteristics of the carrying capacity of resources and environment;the distribution of high grade area,hot spot area and cluster distribution of the three kinds of perspectives in Hebi City are obvious.To56.02%,with a total area of 1199.11Km~2,the proportion of high-grade areas with high carrying capacity of resources and environment from ecological perspective and urban construction perspective is relatively low,with 16.52%and 6.9%,respectively,indicating that the current conditions of farming related resources and environment in Hebi City are relatively good.The western mountainous area belongs to ecological hot spot,the middle and lower reaches of Qi River belong to urban construction hot spot,the eastern vast plain is a hot area of farming.(3)Application of the research results on the carrying capacity of spatio-temporal and dual-dimensional resources and environment in Hebi.The research results of time dimension can guide the parameter setting of short-term and long-term related planning indexes,and the research results of spatial dimension can guide the short-term spatial layout of Hebi.In general,Hebi should slow down its economic development in the near and long term and pay more attention to environmental protection.The west is dominated by ecological protection,the middle by urban construction,and the east by agricultural farming.Carrying on the space-time comprehensive research on the carrying capacity of resources and environment in Hebi City can provide the theoretical basis for the formulation of relevant development policies in Hebi City,and also provide reference for the relevant research of the same type of research area.The theoretical system enriches the relevant theories under the background of land and space planning in the new era,and has high reference value for the subsequent related research.Improving capacity and relieving pressure is the main direction to optimize the carrying capacity of resources and environment in Hebi.
