In recent years,the"ecological civilization"and"multi-plan integration"regulation centered on continuous advancement.its organic complex has become in-depth space of the endowment of environmental resources,identify the essential means of the status quo and exploit the potential of risk and planning important preliminary research issues.Relying on sichuan Nei Jiang Dong Xing the example of the area,with all kinds of spatial data on its study evaluation from ecological?agriculture,and city three separate functions analysis,calculation of soil and water resources to agricultural production and construction City's Maximum Accommodation Size,Through the analysis identification conflict with the status quo,Finally draw Dong Xing land zones zoning functions the optimization of the space program,Technical support for the preparation of planning at the county level in the Dong Xing region could be better provided.The study showed that:(1)The three types of space in Dongxing District are 33629.21hm~2,72703.98hm~2 and 11682.51hm~2,respectively,they are mainly agriculturalspace and the proportion of ecological functional space is relatively small.ecological Space mainly in the northern and north-eastern territory,Agriculture in the widely spread,of which Tian Jia Town and Beimu Town and surroundings relatively more concentration of agriculture;the urban space is mainly distributed in the five central town along the Tuojiang River in the southwest,these towns mainly lend themselves to urban construction and agricultural production.(2)In terms of ecological function,combined with this assessment,Dongxing District is divided into three ecological function zones:the low mountain and deep hill ecological function zone in the northeast,the ecological function zone low mountain and low hill in the middle part,and Shallow Hill Ecological Function Zone in the southwest.(3)In terms of agricultural function,the climatic,soil and topographical conditions of the whole district are good,which is conducive to the development of large-scale agricultural production.The follow-up planning should be combined with the Dongxing District Rural Revitalization Plan,focusing on the promotion of high value-added agriculture such as the characteristics of Dongxing District and advantageous agriculture.Appropriate tourism development,development and construction,and strict control of polluting mining and industrial projects.And with important nodes and major cities,create a new section of agriculture of Xiaoqinglong River,middle and lower reaches of Daqingliu River and production and supply area of high-quality green agricultural products and middle and upper course of the Daqingliu River.(4)In terms of urban functions,it is necessary to actively revitalize the land park,actively optimize functional development,improve supporting infrastructure,rationally and scientifically improve the efficiency of use soil and optimize the living environment.At the same time,corresponding optimization strategies are proposed in terms of construction scale,urban system and functional structure.The entire study obtained relatively comprehensive evaluation results,which confirmed that evaluation methods and systems supported by data from different sources are operational and practical,and provide new ideas for model optimization.land space of Dongxing District according to the carrying capacity of resource and environmental assessment.It also provides a benchmark for related research in other cities in the South Sichuan Economic Zone.
