With the proposal of "establishing the Ministry of natural resources,no longer retaining the Ministry of land and resources" in the institutional reform plan of the National Council,the reform of natural resource management began to deepen in all regions of the country.Longhai city organized the Municipal Natural Resources Bureau which improved the level of natural resources management through information technologies.Although the system of the Municipal Natural Resources Bureau has collected many kinds of natural resource data,there are still some issues regarding data in this system such as the low level of data sharing and the decentralized data storage.This paper focus on how to integrate multi-source data and increase the level of data sharing and management.We implemented information management system "One Map",which is based on WebGIS,and optimized the system's performance.In this paper,a system architecture is designed,which includes data access policy,rights management policy and log management policy.The architecture uses Angular front-end framework and Koa server-side framework and realizes data sharing based on ArcGIS Server map service.Proxy service is used when accessing map server.At the same time,we use the technology “ArcGIS API for Java Script” to realize map related features and implement data visualization based on AntV G2 technology.In terms of data storage,Postgre SQL database is used to design data tables according to the specifications.We use Postgre SQL to realize a stable and reliable database,which contains spatial data and attribute data.In addition,we improve the speed of data loading with Redis which is designed for caching part of the query result information in the system.With respect to performance optimization,this paper focus on Web front-end and load balancing.We used browser caching,gzip compression and angular on-demand loading to increase Web front-end performance.Meanwhile,in the aspect of load-balancing,we tested a variety of Nginx load-balancing strategies and analyzed the results.Some suggestions are put forward for the optimization of system performance after testing and analyzing.In this paper,we designed and realized "One Map" information management system of natural resources.According to actual situation of natural resource data management,we collected the business and functional requirements,determined the business logic and corresponding process,and summed up previous research results.Finally,we implemented valuable functions which satisfies the business requirements.The system integrates visualization display and management configuration of spatial data,and solves issues regarding data sharing and data exchange.In terms of security,the system has a relatively blameless log management module.Last but not least,the "One Map" information management system of natural resources improves Longhai city's management efficiency and effectiveness of natural resources data,which meets the local government's requirements about natural resources information system and is conducive to promoting the informatization of natural resources in Longhai City.
