With the increasing market demand of 3D imaging technology in the military and commercial fields such as laser guidance,target detection and automatic driving,etc.In this paper,the digital control circuit of laser 3D imaging is studied:Firstly,the overall framework of the digital control circuit of the readout circuit is studied.Analyzed the working principle of laser 3D imaging,listed the methods of obtaining distance information and intensity information,and proposed the design index of the focal plane control circuit of laser 3D imaging.Through the analysis of key indexes,the method of obtaining distance information and intensity information was determined,and through calculation,the basic parameters of the laser 3D imaging control circuit are determined,such as the basic clock frequency of the system,and the architecture that uses two channels to output time data and intensity data at the same time.The work flow of the laser 3D imaging control circuit is also explained.Secondly,the frame structure of the digital circuit is designed in detail.Digital modules were designed two channels,one of which is the intensity readout channel,which is responsible for the acquisition and registration of the intensity signal.There are three digital modules that control this channel,whose functions are: generate the intensity control signals required by the analog channel,generate array selection control signals,and output intensity data;The other is the time readout channel,which is responsible for the acquisition and storage of time signals.There are three digital modules that control this channel,whose functions are: generate the time control signals required by the digital channel,shift the time data,and output time data.There is also a two-channel shared clock signal process and frame signal process module.And pre-simulation is carried out for each module to ensure that the function of the module is correct.Then the back-end design and post-simulation of the digital circuit are carried out.The physical realization of the RTL code to the actual circuit layout was completed,and the static timing analysis and formal verification of the netlist after the physical realization were carried out.Through the post-simulation,back-annotate the delay information,and check the final waveform,the correctness of the design after physical realization is ensured.Finally,this paper realized a digital control circuit for 3D Laser Imaging focal plane array readout circuit that satisfies the design indicator through a complete digital design flow.
