Research On Monitoring And Early Warning Of Geological Disaster Prevention And Control In Yulin City

Once geological disasters occur,it will affect production and life,causing economic losses,or even threatening the safety of people's lives.Therefore,it is very important to prevent and control geological disasters.It is an important work for the government to carry out the prevention and control of geological disasters,which is people-oriented,to ensure the safety of people's lives and property,and to maintain the ecological health and stability.In the whole process of geological disaster prevention and control,disaster early warning is in the primary position,which can monitor and prevent disasters before geological disasters,so as to minimize disaster losses.Yulin's fragile ecological environment,coupled with the impact of human factors such as resource exploitation and regional economic development and construction,makes the fragile geological ecological environment of Yulin frequent geological disasters,and the loss of people's lives and property is also on the rise.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the monitoring and early warning mechanism of geological disaster prevention and control in Yulin city.This paper studies the present situation of monitoring and early warning of geological disasters in Yulin City,discusses the causes of disasters,and finds out reasonable prevention and control countermeasures.The content of this paper can be roughly summarized into six chapters: first,the introduction focuses on the research background and significance of this paper,summarizes the theoretical development status of disaster early warning research in international academic circles and China's theoretical research field,and briefly describes the research methods of this paper;second,the theoretical basis,mainly focuses on the core issues involved in this research,the concept of geological disasters and early warning mechanism are defined and analyzed,and the risk management and disaster management theory used in the research are sorted out,and the early warning mechanism is elaborated;third,the current situation and problems are discussed,and the current situation and existing problems of monitoring and early warning construction of geological disasters in Yulin City are discussed;fourth,the domestic and foreign experience reference,from the domestic and foreign disaster prediction.Based on the actual situation of Yulin City,from the aspects of early warning organization and management system,emergency plan,monitoring and early warning system,disaster management legal system,disaster prevention and mitigation science education,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures to improve the monitoring and early warning of geological disaster prevention and control in Yulin city.The last chapter is the conclusion and prospect.Through the research,it can provide reference for Yulin geological disaster prevention and emergency management department,so as to promote the improvement of Yulin geological disaster prevention monitoring and early warning work,and realize the positive purpose of disaster prevention and reduction.
