In recent years,with the development of many fresh e-commerce supermarkets,the inventory and distribution of perishable goods has also been widely concerned.The most significant characteristic of perishables is their perishability,which can deteriorate even when properly stored,thus increasing the cost of inventory.Since the retailer's cost will be affected by the quantity and price of goods in the process of production and operation,it is of great practical significance to study the ordering and pricing strategy of the inventory model of perishable goods.The main contents are as follows:1.Ordering and pricing strategy of perishable goods inventory based on Weibull distribution and price discount.On the demand rate is an exponential function of selling price and deterioration rate is subject to three-parameter Weibull distribution,the system takes profit maximization as the objective function,considers the deteriorated commodity cost,price discount,the inventory cost.By using direct method and Taylor expansion,we present the example simulation to obtain the approximate solution for the proposed model,and give the corresponding management suggestions by sensitivity analysis.The results show that there is the positive correlation between the price discount and the sales volume.More advanced means of transportation should be taken,because the cost of retailers will be added if the flow of goods environment factors increases.2.Ordering and pricing strategy of perishable goods inventory under the emergency.Under the condition that the deterioration rate is a constant and the system is allowed to be out of stock,we studies the inventory models under normal and emergency conditions,still takes the retailer's profit maximization as the objective function,also considers that the needs of consumers can be met.We establish an inventory model of perishable goods with demand dependent on price and response time in emergency,and give a method to solve the optimal order quantity and pricing.We also analyze the impact of parameter changes,and provide some theoretical basis and suggestions for retailers to establish a scientific and efficient inventory model.3.Ordering and pricing strategy for perishable products with replenishment lead time under random demand.Under the condition that the demand is random,the deterioration rate is fixed,and the system allows out of stock,the inventory model of perishable products is established with the replenishment lead time.The system adopts a continuous inventory method,takes profit maximization as the objective function,establishes a nonlinear programming problem with constraints,and determines the optimal sales price,replenishment point and order quantity.Finally,the specific algorithm of the model is given through the heuristic method,and the theoretical research is carried out.
