Unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)tilt photogrammetry technology has the advantages of large amount of scanning data,high scanning accuracy,fast data acquisition speed,strong real-time performance,strong initiative,reusable and so on.At present,it has been widely applied in many fields,e.g.,cadastral and real estate survey,topographic survey,mineral resources survey,emergency disaster treatment and disaster monitoring.With the development of our government's rural real estate integration survey project,it is an important content of real estate surveying and mapping to carry out rural real estate integration survey.Compared with the traditional cadastral and real estate measurement methods,UAV tilt photogrammetry technology provides a new method for the integration of rural real estate measurement.It has the advantages of high efficiency,less field work and low cost.Therefore,combined with the actual engineering case,this paper focuses on the application of UAV tilt photogrammetry technology in real estate integrated measurement,optimizes the field data acquisition program and indoor data processing process of real estate integrated measurement,and analyzes the accuracy of the model.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the principle and operation flow of UAV tilt photogrammetry technology are described.This paper introduces the theory and method of two kinds of measurement methods,i.e.,upright photogrammetry analytical processing and oblique photogrammetry analytical processing.It also includes the theory and method of POS aided analysis of aerial triangulation,the construction principle of tin triangulation,and the principle of making 3D Model DOM based on Context Capture software.Secondly,the software and hardware system of UAV tilt photogrammetry is studied.Mainly focus on the two major hardware equipment of UAV aerial photography system and tilt camera system.And researched UAV aerial image inspection software,POS data differential processing software,tilt photography three-dimensional modeling,mapping software and other commonly used software systems in UAV tilt photogrammetry technology.Thirdly,the specific operation process of the integrated tilt photogrammetry technology for rural premises by drones has been formulated.From the acquisition and inspection of drone tilted images,the production of tilted 3D models of drones,and the production of large-scale topographic maps.Combining the technical characteristics of integrated measurement of rural premises and land,this paper proposes four image control point layout schemes.Through comparative analysis of experimental data,an image control point layout method suitable for integrated measurement of rural real estate is determined;in addition,this article optimizes the drone field data collection flight plan,and uses example data to conduct real estate data collected in plains and hills.Accuracy analysis verifies the feasibility of UAV tilting photogrammetry in the integrated survey of premises and land.Finally,this paper discusses the application potential and development prospect of oblique photogrammetry technology in the field of real estate integrated surveying.Compared with the traditional manual modeling method,this technology has the advantages of high efficiency,convenience and authenticity,which can replace the traditional manual means.It has certain reference significance for the development of cadastral map / parcel map mapping research based on UAV tilt photogrammetry technology.The paper has 46 drawings,12 tables and 49 references.
