In recent years,the global competition for space resources has become increasingly fierce,and space debris detection has developed in the direction of smaller sizes.Space-based surveillance systems in various countries have begun to study millimeter-level key technologies,and are developing from single detection to multifunctional integrated detection.Judging from the current development status of various countries and the future development trend of space-based detection,my country's space-based detection level is lagging behind,and there is no domestic report about an integrated space-based detection system for space debris laser ranging and imaging.Based on the needs of space debris laser ranging and imaging integrated terminal development,this paper focuses on the key technology research on the optical and mechanical structure of the space debris laser ranging and imaging integrated optical base station,which mainly includes the following aspects:First,the overall scheme of the integrated system of space debris laser ranging and imaging is introduced and analyzed in detail.As the domestic space-based space debris detection technology is backward and the domestic detection methods are single,multidimensional detection has been achieved abroad,and the detection size is getting smaller and smaller,and the detection methods are gradually integrated and multifunctional.Therefore,the rapid development of domestic space-based detection methods is imminent.In view of the domestic space-based space debris detection problem,this system proposes a space debris laser ranging and imaging integrated detection system,which is equipped with space debris ranging and imaging detection at the same time.Second,this paper studies the key technologies of the integrated optical base station for space debris laser ranging and imaging,in order to solve the problem of the10??30? temperature difference in the field test,the limit of the size of the optical base station by the turntable,and the installation of the optical antenna tail.For technical issues such as the deterioration of the force situation,a composite optical antenna for space debris detection and ranging is proposed.Use ANSYS to analyze the whole optical antenna.A ZYGO interferometer was used to detect the wave aberration of the optical antenna.The test results show that: the indoor temperature is within the range of 20?±10?,the system wave aberration is better than ?/10,which can meet the requirements of an integrated system of space debris laser ranging and imaging.Requirements for the use of ground verification experiments.Aiming at the problem of stray light suppression,a stray light analysis model is established,and the results of the system's suppression of stray light at different off-axis angles are analyzed,the point source transmittance is obtained,and the stray light suppression structure is optimized.Thirdly,the environmental adaptability analysis of the optical abutment was carried out using the structure-thermal-optical integrated analysis method.The dynamic analysis of the integrated optical abutment machine verifies the dynamic stiffness,stability and reliability of the optical abutment.Finally,for the integrated optical base station of space debris laser ranging and imaging,a comparative analysis adopts a large-aperture self-collimating collimated light tube installation and calibration method,and key factors such as the focal length of the rear optical path assembly,the coupling efficiency of the ranging receiver unit,and the resolution of the census unit are analyzed.The optical performance has been tested and the assembly and calibration of the optical axis consistency has been completed.
