Pulse fiber lasers have a wide range of applications in materials processing,advanced communications,laser manufacturing,optical sensing,and laser radar.The Q-switching and mode-locking are two common methods of pulse laser generation.In recent years,the pulse generation based on nano-new materials as true saturable absorbers is a frontier and hot spot in scientific research,but its stability and time-frequency flexible regulation have been limited.Starting from the design and preparation of novel nanoflakes,this paper optimizes the multi-physical parameters in fiber lasers to achieve stable and flexible time-frequency domain pulse fiber laser,which provides a basis for the applications of pulse fiber laser.The specific research contents are as follows:First,the current status of pulse fiber laser generation at home and abroad is investigated.The research status of ytterbium-doped Q-switched and mode-locked fiber laser based on novel materials is summarized.Secondly,based on the adjustable band gap,high nonlinearity and wide spectral absorption of unit nanoflakes black phosphorus,the research of pulse laser based on black phosphorus saturable absorber is carried out.The problem of easy oxidation of black phosphorus in water and oxygen is solved by electrochemical exfoliation and vacuum filtration methods.The prepared black phosphorus saturable absorber breaks the service life of traditional samples.Based on this black phosphorus saturable absorber,the pulse laser could operate stably more than 100 days.And the flexible time and frequency domain pulses are also realized.Through computer numerical simulation,the dynamic characteristics of the pulse fiber based on black phosphorus saturable absorber are analyzed.At last,the application of binary nanoflakes materials in pulsed fiber lasers are explored.Based on ?-? compounds(InS)and transition metal dichalcogenides(VSe2),pulse fiber laser research is carried out.InS is a typical ?-? compound,with near-infrared optical response and excellent optoelectronic properties.The mode-locked pulse output based on InS modulator is realized for the first time.VSe2 has metal properties and zero bandgap.It can be employed as a broadbad modulator to generate pulse laser,and the Q-switched pulse is realized based on VSe2 for the first time.
