Evaluation Of Agricultural Tourism Resources And Its Development And Utilization In The Context Of Rural Revitalization

The 19^thNational Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of rural revitalization for the first time.The report accelerates the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.In recent years,rural tourism has been developing rapidly and occupied an important position in tourism industry of China.The strong correlation and driving force of rural tourism are bound to play an important role in rural revitalization,which is an important way of rural revitalization.Under new period,how to grasp the great opportunity of agricultural tourism development has important practical significance.As a typical mountain County,Wuyuan County is rich in natural resources and cultural heritage.However,the development of agricultural tourism was still in the preliminary stage of development in Wuyuan County.Many agricultural tourism resources of Wuyuan County were not fully developed and utilized,so the development of agricultural tourism was faced with many urgent problems to be solved.In this paper,field research method and analytic hierarchy process（AHP）were used to construct an evaluation system of agricultural tourism resources,and evaluated the development of agricultural tourism resources in Wuyuan County.The conclusions are as following:（1）By AHP,the evaluation system of the agricultural tourism resources in Wuyuan County was constructed.The middle layer of the system includes tourism conditions,resource value,development conditions and sustainable development,which consists 16 elements,such as infrastructure,tourism period,management level,historical and cultural value,ecological value,experience value,ornamental value,scientific value,policy support,regional conditions,aggregation degree,agricultural industrialization,residents’attitude,economic benefit,ecological benefit and social benefit.（2）By constructing the rating system and expert scoring method for agricultural tourism resources in Wuyuan County,the score of agricultural tourism resources is calculated to be 8.027,which belongs to level 2 tourism resources,and agricultural tourism resources are generally well.（3）The problems existing in the development and utilization of agricultural tourism resources in Wuyuan County were analyzed,the main problems were:1\*GB3the tourism facilities were not perfect;（2）the degree of tourism resources concentration were not high;（3）Lack of government policy and financial support;（4）The degree of industrial integration was not high.（4）In view of existence problems in agricultural tourism resources in Wuyuan County,corresponding development countermeasures of agricultural tourism resources are put forward:1\*GB3Enhance infrastructure construction of agricultural tourism;（2）Enhance government support and guidance,and improve the development of the agricultural tourism;（3）Improve the development of agricultural industrialization and achieve industrial integration;（4）Enhance the degree of scenic spot,and achieve regional cooperation and development;（5）Strengthen brand building of agricultural tourism resources;（6）Strengthen environmental protection surrounding the scenic spot.
