Study On Development Potential Of All-region Tourism Resources At Alar In Xinjiang :Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Xinjiang Alar City takes the construction of "tourism,leisure and pension city" as an opportunity to implement the "agriculture +" strategy,introduce technology and creative elements,vigorously develop leisure agriculture,promote the integration of agriculture and tourism industry,promote agricultural sightseeing,agricultural experience,garden picking and other new agricultural business forms,create a number of leisure agricultural tourism products,such as leisure farms,creative farms,parent-child parks.Through continuous exploration and research,southern Xinjiang has become a perfect place full of diversified tourism resources.From the cultivation culture,the spectacular scenery of Taklimakan Desert and Tarim River,the charming atmosphere of poplar forest and Tianshan pasture,to the charming customs of the reclamation monument,the gate of the desert and the Sleeping Poplar Valley,the tourism in southern Xinjiang is constantly unleving vitality.Southern Xinjiang has become a vibrant tourist gathering place,providing tourists from all over the world with new journey experiences.This paper attempts to redefine the concept of omni-tourism,which is understood as taking tourism as the dominant industry in areas with rich tourism resources.By means of inter-departmental interaction and mutual management,we should pay attention to the panoramic,full-time,whole-industry and whole-people tourism development mode in the process of tourism development,and finally realize the collaborative development mode and development concept of tourism destination industry integration,facility co-construction,fruits sharing and urban-rural integration.The present situation,quantity structure and quality structure of tourism resources in Alar City of Xinjiang are analyzed.On the whole,the quality structure of the tourism resources in the whole region of Alar City shows a "pyramid" shape,and the number of tourism resources decreases gradually from ordinary grade to excellent grade and special grade.Among them,the sum of fine grade and ordinary grade tourism resources accounts for 82.26% of the total resources,which is the main part of the quality structure of tourism resources,while special grade tourism resources accounts for at least 0.03%.This shows that most of the tourism resources in Alar City of Xinjiang have been well developed,but the number of high-quality and boutique tourism resources is small.At the same time,the proportion of humanistic tourism resources in general tourism resources is higher than that of natural tourism resources.Among them,the proportion of ordinary natural tourism resources is4.14% different from that of humanistic tourism resources.It can be seen that the overall development quality of humanistic tourism resources in Alar City of Xinjiang is better than that of natural tourism resources,and natural tourism resources need to be further integrated and developed.The overall tourism development potential of county-level scenic spots is analyzed from four basic elements,namely,resource distribution,industrial integration,market activities and infrastructure construction,and a complete and measurable evaluation model of county-level tourism development potential is obtained.The degree of influence is listed as follows: Resource distribution(0.417),market vitality(0.263),industrial integration(0.19),and infrastructure construction(0.13).Through the model of tourism development potential,the development prospect of tourism is measured: it is found that the location condition of Xinjiang Alar city is the most suitable for the development of all-region tourism,and has great development potential.Therefore,this paper thinks that Xinjiang Alar city has the conditions to become an all-region tourism demonstration city.Although there is a big gap between the size of the Fourth Tuan(township)and the level of the city of Alar,but as a unit with many well-known scenic spots,they have a high development potential,development conditions are also very superior,can become a whole tourism demonstration unit.In contrast,Wutuan(township)and Jinyinchuan reclamation area have limited tourism development potential.
