| Research objectives:Taking "body-medicine fusion" as the main idea,this paper explores the curative effect of intramuscular effect patch in the treatment of ankle talofibular ligament injury,clarifying the role of intramuscular effect patch in the treatment of ankle talofibular ligament injury,and providing valuable clinical data for the application of intramuscular effect patch in medical treatment.To test whether it can be used as a more effective non-surgical treatment method,in order to quickly relieve the swelling and pain caused by the injury of the anterior talofibular ligament of the ankle,and improve the stability.Research method:This study mainly used experimental methods.A total of 20 patients with ankle joint anterior talofibular ligament injury were selected from June 2020 to February 2021 in the Joint Department of Liaocheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and the Orthopedic Department of Luxi Orthopedic Hospital.They were completely randomly divided into treatment groups(10 People)and the control group(10 people),a total of two weeks of treatment.Record the degree of ankle joint swelling before treatment,one week after treatment,and two weeks after treatment,Holden walking ability classification,subjective pain degree,lateral ankle collateral ligament function score,kofoed ankle joint function score,analyze the scale data,and evaluate the curative effect.Come to a conclusion.Research result:(1)The treatment group and the control group were compared with general conditions,ankle swelling degree,Holden walking ability classification,subjective pain degree,lateral ankle collateral ligament function score,and kofoed ankle joint function score before treatment.There was no significant difference(P >0.05),so the subjects can be compared after treatment.(2)The treatment group and the control group were compared in terms of eliminating swelling.After one week of treatment and two weeks of treatment,there was significant significance(P<0.05),which proved the swelling effect of the ankle joint anterior talofibular ligament injury.Has obvious curative effect.(3)The treatment group and the control group were compared in terms of walking ability.After one week of treatment and two weeks of treatment,there was significant significance(P<0.05),which proved that the intramuscular effect tape has an effect on the walking ability of the ankle joint after the anterior talofibular ligament injury.Recovery has obvious effect.(4)The treatment group and the control group were compared in terms of subjective pain.After one week of treatment and two weeks of treatment,there was significant significance(P<0.05),which proved that the intramuscular effect of the ankle joint after the anterior talofibular ligament injury is obvious The analgesic effect.(5)The treatment group and the control group were compared in terms of the functional recovery of the lateral collateral ligament of the ankle.After one week of treatment and two weeks of treatment,there was significant significance(P<0.05),which proved that intramuscular sticking treatment of ankle joint anterior talofibular ligament The function recovery effect is remarkable.(6)Comparing the treatment group and the control group in the recovery of ankle joint function,after one week of treatment and two weeks of treatment,there is significant significance(P<0.05),which proves that the intramuscular effect stick has a significant effect on the recovery of ankle joint function.Analysis conclusion:After the ankle joint anterior talofibular ligament injury,the intramuscular effect patch is used for treatment,which has significant effects in eliminating swelling,relieving pain,improving ankle joint stability and walking ability.Therefore,it can be used as one of the first choices for the treatment of sports injury diseases such as the ankle joint anterior talofibular ligament injury. |
