Under the background of the new economic normal, improving the happiness of the whole people is an inevitable requirement for my country to build a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way. However, since 2011,the subjective well-being of Chinese residents seems to have entered a bottleneck period and has been hovering at the upper middle level. It is difficult to continue to increase substantially.Based on the data from the 2017 Comprehensive Social Survey of Chinese Residents, this paper uses a variety of statistical research methods such as factor analysis, ordered multi-classification Logistic regression and structural equation to analyze the relationship among residents' lifestyle, social attitude, health status and SWB,and constructs an impact system of SWB.The findings:1.Lifestyle,social attitude and health status:(1)The respondents participate in a variety of leisure activities, but prefer to stay at home watching TV,listening to music, etc.;In the choice of media, they are more inclined to watch TV and the Internet(including mobile Internet surfing); You have closer relationships with your friends than with your neighbors;(2)The respondents showed a high consensus on the overall social trust and fairness, but it was not widespread;(3)Most of the respondents considered themselves in good health. They seldom suffered from health problems in their life and work, and kept in a happy mood.Compared with men,the health status of women was worse.2.Status quo and differences of subjective well-being:(1)Current residents' subjective well-being is generally high, and their emotional positivity and life satisfaction level are also high;(2)There are differences in group happiness among different genders, residence, age, education, marital status and political status.Women's happiness level is higher than men's;Urban dwellers are happier than rural dwellers; From young people, middle age to old age,the happiness of the population showed a trend of decreasing first and then increasing, and the middle-aged people had the lowest happiness. The higher the education level of residents, the higher the level of happiness;Married people had the highest happiness, and happy marriages were positively correlated with happiness.Party members' happiness is higher than that of non-party members.3.Lifestyle,social attitude, health status and subjective well-being relationship:(1)the lifestyle, social attitude and health status has significant effect on subjective well-being,including health directly affect the strength strongest of subjective well-being,have a healthy lifestyle, positive social attitude and good physical and mental health of the residents feel more happiness;(2)The participation of leisure activities can better reflect the personal lifestyle, and the higher the frequency of leisure activities, the stronger the happiness of residents;Social trust and social justice are important indicators of individuals' social evaluation.Residents who trust society more and believe society is more fair have stronger subjective well-being.The frequency of being affected by health problems and self-reported health status can best reflect the overall health status of residents.Residents with better physical and mental health are happier.(3)Lifestyle has a direct impact on SWB,while health status plays a partial mediating role, that is,there is an influence mechanism that lifestyle affects health status and then affects SWB.4.The relationship between different leisure styles and subjective well-being: Different leisure styles can improve happiness, but the degree of improvement is different.Rest leisure style has the greatest impact on individual well-being,followed by artistic and athletic leisure style, and social leisure style has the lowest impact.
