With the development of China's social economy,people pay more and more attention to the impact of sudden events such as major public health events on society.Sudden major public health events such as novel corona-virus may cause heavy casualties and serious economic losses once they break out.Therefore,there will be a large demand for related materials in epidemic prevention and control.As a necessity for epidemic prevention and control in the affected areas,it is of great significance to strengthen emergency supply to ensure the health of the people in the affected areas.However,judging from the performance of emergency medical supply in China's response to major public health emergencies,China's medical emergency logistics supply capacity needs to be improved.On the basis of systematically sorting out the relevant research literature on emergency medical logistics supply capacity at home and abroad,this paper defines the connotation and constituent elements of emergency medical logistics supply capacity,and explains in detail the specific factors affecting emergency medical supply under sudden major public health events,thus constructing the evaluation index system of emergency medical logistics supply capacity.At the same time,by comparing several common ability evaluation methods and information aggregation operators,q-rung fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is put forward to analyze and evaluate the index system.in order to solve the problem of correlation between indexes in traditional fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,In this study,a q-rung orthopair fuzzy power geometrically weighted partitioned Maclaurin symmetry mean(q-ROFWPGPMSM)is proposed for the final fuzzy information aggregation.Finally,this study takes the emergency medical supply in a city during a major public health emergency as an example,and evaluates the emergency medical logistics supply capacity during this period by using the method proposed in this study.Through an example,this study also proves the correctness and superiority of the proposed method,and studies the mathematical characteristics of the main parameter q and its significance in the actual situation.Finally,under the background of major public emergencies,this paper puts forward some corresponding improvement suggestions for medical emergency logistics.In-depth study on the evaluation of medical emergency logistics supply capacity is helpful to deepen and expand the research theory of emergency logistics in China.At the same time,this paper introduces a-rung fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP)into the evaluation of medical emergency logistics supply capacity,which expands the application scope of AHP in fuzzy concentration,and helps to compare the level of medical emergency logistics supply capacity more clearly,and then helps relevant personnel to improve and enhance the supply capacity of medical emergency logistics.
