The porosity and composition characteristics of digital core are corresponding to the actual core.3D digital core can be used to simulate various physical processes, including rock electricity, acoustic characteristics, percolation,NMR response, particle transport characteristics and so on,which can protect the core samples from damaging during the rock experiment,to ensure that they can be used repeatedly in the future. In this paper, the digital rock constructed by computer with the X-ray CT scanned data of carbonate core and sandstone core. The position information of the skeleton and pores from 3D digital core to help establish a saturated multiphase fluids model and simulate the radioactive characteristics.Unlike conventional petrophysical simulations, the simulation of particle transmission characteristics based on digital cores is to establish a model consisting of a neutron source,a digital core, and an array detector.According to the Monte Carlo method, the thermal neutron transmission imaging map can be obtained by the difference between thermal neutron response to pore fluids and matrix, which can show the distribution of pores and matrix. When thermal neutrons irradiate the core of poresaturated water, the difference in thermal neutron counts increases with increasing porosity, and the two have a good linear fitting relationship;when the core pores are saturated with multi-phase fluids, there is also a linear relationship between thermal neutron count difference and porosity. However,as the water saturation changes, the slopes of linear relationship between the thermal neutron counts difference and porosity changes, besides, the composition of the pore fluids influenced on the slopes.
