Reservoir permeability model has always been an important tool for petroleum industry production.However,in the face of carbonate,heterogeneous sandstone,volcanic rock and other heterogeneous reservoirs,the application effect of the traditional permeability model is not ideal.In this paper,the permeability modeling of heterogeneous reservoirs under the condition of rare samples is solved by taking digital cores as the entry point.According to the different pore types of different lithology cores in CT images,the corresponding image processing and segmentation methods for sandstone and carbonate are presented.The percolation network calculation based on the maximum ball method is used to calculate the calculated permeability of each core.The core database is extended by the method of subblock cutting,and a large amount of extended data is obtained.For the high systemic error of the calculation of permeability of argillaceous sandstone,this paper analyze that the traditional image segmentation method which is taken measured porosity as calibration exists the serious over-segmentation problems of micro pore structure under the resolution,and put forward the concept of "effective pore structure,taking the measured permeability as calibration to segment image,and obtain the pore structure that contain the effects of both micro pore and big pore so that to improve the accuracy of permeability model.Aiming at the problem of permeability modeling of heterogeneous reservoirs under the condition of rare samples,this paper proposes the method of permeability modeling by hydraulic flow unit method combined with digital core,which improves the accuracy of the permeability model.This paper provides an idea for the application of digital core in production. |
