Project management is the key research object of enterprise managers,and project scheduling is the core problem of project management.At present,the complexity of project scheduling problem is getting higher and higher,which puts forward higher requirements for the flexibility and economy of project scheduling.Resource constrained project scheduling problem(RCPSP)is a vital branch of project scheduling problem.The application of fuzzy network and overlapping network in RCPSP is more related to the needs of actual project scheduling problems,especially for the project scheduling with high requirements between processes.This paper firstly introduces the research status of RCPSP,fuzzy network,overlapping network,flow shop and other related fields.Then the model of project scheduling problem is introduced under resource constraints step by step,based on which,summary of the concept of RCPSP of fuzzy overlapping network under multi-mode is given.On the basis explanation of RCPSP,each process has a variety of construction modes,and there are a variety of overlapping relationships between processes.At the same time,the overlapping relationship and the duration of each process are fuzzy.It can be considered as the RCPSP in this paper includes all possible constraints including the maximum constraint,minimum constraint and resource continuity constraint of overlapping relationship.Using the method in this paper can solve the practical problems well.With the in-depth study of RCPSP,it can provide the actual project scheduling problem with actual reference,and improve the decision-making level and planning level of project management.Flow construction problem is a branch of project scheduling problem,which can be combined with MRCPSP to enrich its model.This new kind of problem has far-reaching research significance.In this research,the possible overlapping relationship of maximum and minimum constraints are added into the project scheduling problem under resource constraints.Besides,multi-mode selection of RCPSP are considered,which makes innovation and improvement on the traditional RCPSP model.In addition,in the basic of genetic algorithm,an improved genetic algorithm especially for this problem is designed.The Pareto optimal solution set including time optimization and cost optimization is obtained after algorithm operation,which can provide a more comprehensive reference for project managers.Cost optimization of RCPSP based on multi-mode fuzzy overlapping network can not only save the time cost,but also save the cost.Finally,a practical engineering example is used to realize the cost optimization of RCPSP in multi-mode fuzzy overlapping network.
