Project scheduling management has been widely used in every fields of daily life,and reasonable project scheduling schemes can shorten time,reduce resource costs and improve project benefits.The activity on node network(AON)of traditional resource-constrained project scheduling problem(RCPSP)is always fixed and unique,that means the predecessor constrains is fixed too.But it is inconsistent with reality.This paper will consider the RCPSP with flexible project network,which will not only enrich the theoretical research of project scheduling problems,but also have very important practical significance.In flexible project network,not all activities have to be performed,and the predecessor constrains is not fixed.Therefore,a new AON called And-Or network has been imply in this study.First of all,Project activities are divided into mandatory and choice implement and the precedence relations take effect for the selected nodes,then an AND-OR network is established,which ensure the project structure of MRCPSP is flexible.Based on the network structure,Mathematical model is performed with the constraints of project resource(both renewable resource and non-renewable resource)and precedence relations to purser multi project goals which contains project finish time and resource cost.Various scale examples will be selected from PSLIB to simulate the AND-OR network where the OR nodes determined randomly.Finally,Tabu Search(TS)algorithm will be applicated to solve this problem and data analysis will be performed on example.The TS algorithm can be used to find the best project scheduling plan,generate a Gantt chart,and it can assist the project manager in scheduling before the actual project execution.Through the data analysis in the PSPLIB database to analyze the impact of the number of renewable resources on the project objectives,in order to find the best time to increase the quantity of resource investment;in addition.Besides,the optimal ratio of two types of renewable resources can avoid unnecessary Waste of resources,reduce resource bottlenecks,so as to optimize the project duration reasonably,and increase the target value of the project as a whole.
