Macrofungi in the conservation of the Qilian Mountain in Gansu province were taken as research object.Species diversity of macrofungi in the conservation, the relationship among different vegetation types and the diversity of flora were studied which provided a protection basis for the development and utilization of wild macrofungi resources in the conservation.Various types of macrofungi in the Qilian mountain national nature reserve conservation.Through the combination of traditional taxonomy and modern molecular technology,a total of 184 species in 2 phylum,4 classes,15 orders,47 families,109 geneus were identified.New record total of 19 species were recorded in Gansu province and 4 new record species in China. There are 54 species of edible fungi,23 species of medicinal value fungi, and 17 species of toxic fungi.Representative vegetation types were selected in the conservation,Gucheng conservation: vegetation type I birch, vegetation type II Qinghai-spruce,vegetation type III shrub, vegetation type Qilian-juniper,vegetation type V grassland;Sidalong conservation area: vegetation type ? planted Qinghai-spruce;vegetation type ?primary Qinghai-spruce forest, vegetation type ? Qilian-cylindrica,vegetation type? grassland, vegetation type ? shrubs. The ? diversity formula were used to calculate the species diversity under different vegetation types, and the results showed that the species and individual numbers of macrofungi are significant differences under different vegetation types. In the Gucheng conservation, the vegetation type I was the most abundant in species, and vegetation type V was the least. In the Sidalong conservation, the vegetation type VI planted Qinghai-spruce was the most abundant, and the vegetation type ? shrubs was the least. There were 2 dominant families,Agaricaceae and Hymenogastraceae;7dominant genera are Agaricus,Cortinarius,Hebeloma,Mycena,Lactarius,Melanoleuca, and Panaeolus. In terms of the similarity coefficient, the results showed that the Gucheng conservation and Sidalong conservation had greater similarities.
