The research including species diversity, ecological system diversity and mycobiota of macrofungi in Liaoning Yiwulv Mountain National Nature Reserve were studied in this paper. As a result of this survey, 404 collections of macrofungi that had developed in the field. In total, 148 taxon representing 3 classes, 3 orders, 4 families, 6 genera, 7 species of Ascomycota, and 2 classes, 8 orders, 31 families, 65 genera, 141 species of Basidiomycota were identified, including 42 records new to Liaoning Province, 59 species were edible, 42 species were medicinal, 21 species were edible-medicinal and 34 species were poisonous. The species catalogue was arranged according to the taxonomic system of ‘Dictionary of the Fungi’(10th edition,2008).With the method of sampling, the survey was carried out in four different vegetation communities in Yiwulv Mountain, including deciduous broadleaved, coniferous, mixed and bush communities. The criterion α diversity was used to estimate the macrofungi diversity in Yiwulv Mountain. It was found that there were obvious differences in the compssition of macrofungi among the four vegetation types, the diversity index and abundance index were namely higher in broadleaved and mixed communities. Temperature and precipitation parameters were used to analysis the influence of different climates to the yield of macrofungi, it turned out that different season had an significant impact on the yield of macrofungi. As for the mycobiota, 6 dominant families(each of them with more than 10 species) are 17.14% to the total family number, including Tricholomataceae, Agaricaceae, Russulaceae, Psathyrellaceae, Polyporaceae, Strophariaceae, 73 species of them are 49.32% to the total species number. 7 dominant genera(each of them with more than 5 species) are 9.86% to the total genus number, including Russula, Marasmius, Mycena, Melanoleuca, Lepiota, Inocybe, Psathyrella, 45 species of them are 30.41% to the total species number. Diversity and distribution of macrofungi in Yiwulv Mountain was compared with those in other five reserves in Liaoning Province. It was indicated that the species of macrofungi in Yiwulv Mountain were different from its neighboring reserves with similar environmental conditions.
