At present,excessive emission of greenhouse gases aggravates the process of global warming,and the natural ecosystem in many areas has been seriously damaged.To mitigate the impact of emissions on the environment,the European Union has established a cap-and-trade system,and other countries have introduced a series of emissions-reduction policies.Under the constraint of carbon emission quota,some production enterprises will,from the perspective of product supply chain,achieve the overall emission reduction task by choosing suppliers with lower emissions upward and transferring part of carbon emission reduction to downstream enterprises downward.Due to the existence of carbon emission constraint and carbon emission transfer,the supply chain enterprises will inevitably produce new difficulties and challenges when formulating relevant emission reduction strategies.Based on the above background,starting from the transfer behavior of carbon emissions,this paper mainly studies the optimization of emission reduction strategy and supply chain coordination scheme under the constraint of carbon emissions.The main contents and research conclusions are as follows:(1)First of all,based on the low carbon supply chain theory and related research as the foundation,from the carbon tax constraint mechanism,the cap-and-trade mechanism,compound emission rights mechanisms and government subsidies and other related theory,explain the operation and development of the existing mechanisms to reduce emissions,combined with the theory of principal-agent and decision theory showed that the coordination of supply chain management mode,put forward the Stackelberg game theory and chain blocks related theory to determine the research methods of this article;(2)A two-stage game model is established for retailers and manufacturers based on different decisions and different emission reduction strategies,and the optimal value of the model is solved.Under the decentralized decision,the optimal carbon emissions under the two conditions were obtained,and the influencing factors of carbon emissions were determined.In the case of centralized decision-making,manufacturers and retailers as a unified whole jointly formulate emission reduction policies,establish the overall benefit model of the supply chain,work out the optimal carbon emissions and influencing factors under centralized decision-making,and use graphic simulation to illustrate the degree of influence of influencing factors on carbon emissions.(3)Relevant optimization strategies are proposed in the supply chain decision analysis under emission constraints.Under the decentralized decision,the optimal carbon emissions of the two cases were compared to determine the optimal time for carbon emission transfer.After determining the conditions of carbon emission transfer,we continue to study the benefit model under decentralized decision making,find the optimal value of other parameters,determine the variation of each variable parameter with the proportion of manufacturers' emission reduction task after carbon emission transfer,and determine the optimization scheme of emission reduction strategy for manufacturers and retailers.Under the centralized decision,the optimal solution of other parameter variables is obtained,the additional utility generated in the centralized decision is allocated,and the internal wholesale price is determined.Then,graphic simulation is used to illustrate the variation trend of each index in the supply chain with the emission reduction commitment coefficient.(4)In this paper,the discharge of the supply chain under the restriction of back analysis of existing problems,put forward based on the technique of block chain supply chain traceability innovation model,in the solution to the problem of traditional supply chain traceability at the same time solve the problem of carbon emissions transfer brought about by the various,realize the basic information and carbon process information management and query can be transparent.The results show that:(1)Whether the decision is decentralized or centralized,the optimal carbon emission is affected by the carbon price-consumer awareness constraint and the emission reduction cost coefficient.After the transfer,the optimal carbon emission of the supply chain is also affected by the transfer coefficient.In centralized decision-making,manufacturers and retailers jointly formulate emission reduction policies as a unified whole,and both sides jointly implement emission reduction tasks,so there is no need to consider the proportion of responsibility.(2)Under decentralized decision making,the optimal carbon emission before and after transfer is determined by carbon price,consumer environmental awareness,manufacturer's emission reduction task proportion and unit emission reduction cost coefficient,and the different value ranges of the three are the key factors of whether to carry out carbon emission transfer.After carbon emission transfer occurs in decentralized decision making,the carbon emission,wholesale price,retail price,sales volume,manufacturers and retailers' interests in the supply chain are all affected by the manufacturer's commitment coefficient,and different variables will have completely different trends with the increase of the coefficient.(3)Under centralized decision-making,the wholesale price and utility are affected by market factors and the optimal profit value of manufacturer and retailer under decentralized decision-making.There is extra utility in centralized decision making,and the extra utility of manufacturer and retailer is shared equally.If one party disrupts the stability of supply chain,the collaboration alliance is destroyed,and the extra income of manufacturer and retailer returns to zero.(4)The supply chain traceability mode based on block chain technology under emission constraints can effectively improve the current problems of carbon emission information missing,information asymmetry and difficult information sharing in supply chain traceability management,and the government should introduce relevant incentive measures to encourage enterprises to actively go on the chain.
