Evaluation Of Urban Spatial Vulnerability Under Typhoon Disaster

Urban space is a complex comprehensive system,which is a highly agglomerated area of modern population and industry.Urban space is not only the carrier of urban material elements,but also the place of various social,economic and cultural activities.With the acceleration of urbanization,various urban diseases in urban space have become increasingly prominent,and the ability to resist external interference has decreased.Once affected by disasters,urban space is easily destroyed.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out physical examination of urban space and find out the current health status of urban space.Vulnerability assessment is an effective means to carry out physical examination of urban space.Taking urban space as the research object,this paper analyzes the vulnerability characteristics of urban space under typhoon,a common and destructive meteorological disaster,which is an exploratory research on urban single disaster prevention from the perspective of planning.On the basis of relevant literature research,it is concluded that urban spatial vulnerability is a comprehensive index reflecting the nature of urban space,and the evaluation of urban spatial vulnerability should start from the urban physical space environment.The disaster-causing factors,disaster chains and the process and characteristics of typhoon disaster affecting urban space are analyzed.The influencing factors of urban spatial vulnerability under typhoon conditions were extracted and the disaster characteristics of the factors were summarized.The framework of urban spatial vulnerability assessment was constructed from three levels of exposure,sensitivity and resilience,and the index system of urban spatial vulnerability assessment was formed,including 16 indexes.The AHP method was used to construct the vulnerability assessment model,and the corresponding index weights were obtained.Based on the construction of the evaluation model,taking Nanshan District of Shenzhen as an example,combined with the current urban space conditions of Nanshan District,the obtained spatial data were used to evaluate the urban space vulnerability of Nanshan District,and the GIS software was used for visualization,so as to identify the high-vulnerability urban space and analyze its key fragility factors.At the same time,according to the evaluation structure of urban spatial vulnerability in Nanshan District,the corresponding spatial planning strategy and disaster prevention and reduction strategy are put forward from two aspects of high vulnerability space disaster prevention strategy and key area disaster prevention strategy,so as to reduce the vulnerability of urban space under typhoon disaster and resist the destruction of urban space caused by typhoon disaster.In the study of vulnerability,urban space is a brand new research object.The study of urban space vulnerability can provide a brand new perspective for disaster prevention and mitigation of urban space,which has important theoretical and practical significance.
