Research On Operation Management Optimization Of Biosafety Laboratory Of WK Company

In recent years,a series of global infectious viral events have occurred.There are also many national outbreaks in China,such as the SARS outbreak in2003 and the COVID-19 outbreak this year.These viruses have attracted great attention from relevant departments in China.The pathogenic microbiology laboratories studying these viruses are also widely concerned about safety management,especially the biosafety laboratories.As we all know,the higher protection level of the laboratory,the greater corresponding potential risk,so the more complex procedures performed during operation and management.China's research and development and standard-setting for high-level biological laboratories are relatively late.According to the latest revised regulations,it is pointed out that high-level biosafety laboratories are the basic supporting platform of the national experimental system and the basic guarantee measures for scientific research,production,and service in the field of population health and animal health.There are more and more outbreaks of severe viruses and bacteria in the world,and the safety of scientific researchers needs basic guarantees.Therefore,China must accelerate the establishment of high-level biosafety laboratories,accelerate the pace of rational distribution of the country,and form functions.A high-level biological laboratory network system with comprehensive management and efficient operation.This paper mainly focuses on the current status of the operation and management of the Biosafety Laboratory of WK company.Firstly,by searching the literature,the development history of biosafety laboratories,the status quo of the operation and management of biosafety laboratories at home and abroad,and the development status and deficiencies of domestic biosafety laboratories have been studied.Secondly,the operation problem data of the Biosafety Laboratory of WK company was analyzed by using tools such as graphs and tables.The problems in Biosafety Laboratory of WK company were revealed,and the operational effects caused by them were analyzed.Thirdly,combined with the problems existing in the operation and management of Biosafety Laboratory of the WK company,the causes of the existing operational management of the Biosafety Laboratory of the WK company are analyzed from multiple perspectives through interviews,evaluations,and summary.Finally,combined with the advanced research results on the operation and management of biosafety laboratories at home and abroad,an optimized plan for the operation and management of the Biosafety Laboratories of WK company was put forward in a targeted manner,and guarantee measures were put forward for the implementation of the optimized operation and management mechanism.Through the research on the operation management mechanism of this laboratory,the existing problems can be effectively solved,and the future development of the biosafety laboratory should be clarified.Ensure that the risks of all aspects of management are effectively controlled,improve the operating efficiency of Biosafety Laboratory of WK company,and maximize the role of this laboratory.At the same time,it is hoped that this research can serve as a reference for other biosafety laboratories of the same type.
