In the contemporary optics field where the precision requirements are getting higher and higher,the galvanometer system is widely used in various optical scenes,and the most important factor that determines the effect of the galvanometer system is the control accuracy of the galvanometer motor.Due to its low inertia,large torque,and wide frequency characteristics,the galvanometer motor has attracted wide attention from scholars at home and abroad.This article focuses on a practical galvanometer system and discusses the methods to improve its control accuracy in detail,However,due to the damage of the galvanometer system hardware,this article did not debug the actual system.In order to improve the control accuracy of the galvanometer system,it is necessary to obtain an accurate model of the system to design a control algorithm.Based on this,this article analyzes the components of the galvanometer system,models and simulates the galvanometer system from three aspects: PWM,galvanometer motor and encoder.After obtaining the mechanism model class of the galvanometer system,this article introduces the specific operation methods and precautions of the corresponding parameter identification.So far,an accurate model of the system can be obtained.On the basis of obtaining the accurate model of the system,this article analyzes the control index and uses a frequency domain control method to design the controller.After the simulation verification,it can be proved that the system successfully meets the index requirements.For traditional frequency domain control methods,it is generally necessary to obtain an accurate model of the system.Considering this problem,this article introduces an optimal adaptive control method,which can be divided into offline and online iterative implementations.Among them,offline The strategy iteration method needs to obtain an accurate system model,and the online strategy iteration method is less dependent on the system model.At the end of this article,the model of the galvanometer system is used to simulate these two methods,and the results consistent with the theoretical optimal solution are obtained.
