Laser galvanometer processing is widely used in laser marking,cutting,welding and other fields with its advantages of high efficiency,good stability and high precision.At present,the traditional galvanometer control parameter model mostly adopts the delay parameter model,which is simple and practical,but lacks the description of the key parameters such as speed and acceleration.The laser ablation and line segment missing problems which often occur in the galvanometer processing only can be solved by repeatedly trying to adjust the delay time,which is time-consuming,laborious and low-efficiency.In addition,there are still problems in galvanometer processing,such as low-efficiency laser ablation of high-density point sets,inconsistent processing accuracy under variable magnification,and uneven laser energy injection under high-speed processing,which are difficult to solve with the methods of delay time model.This paper aims to propose a multi-parameter collaborative laser galvanometer processing control optimization model that combines graphic curve description,galvanometer speed and acceleration control,and laser power control,so as to greatly improve the accuracy and efficiency of laser galvanometer processing.The main content of this article is divided into the following points:(1)A set of laser galvanometer processing hardware system including laser,scanning galvanometer,control board,and camera was built.On the base of the galvanometer XY2-100 protocol,We optimized the galvanometer control model and board programming to establish a software and hardware platform.(2)We designed a set of algorithm process to convert the dense point set into a solid consisting of only a few Bezier curves and straight lines,and saved it as a custom SVF file,which not only compressed the data capacity,but also provided subsequent high-efficiency and high-quality laser processing with the matching data.(3)We planned the fitting entity separately from the processing path,galvanometer speed,laser power multi-parameters.The chord height error segmentation method was proposed to ensure the curve segmentation error at different magnifications.The speed plan was made with three limitations of maximum speed,corner speed,and macro acceleration.A speed segmentation power segmentation model was established to improve the energy uniformity of the processing trajectory.(4)We performed simulation and experimental verification on board control optimization,Bezier curve fitting algorithm and processing path,galvanometer speed,laser power multiparameter collaborative planning model,and compared the processing effect before and after processing,and checked the fitting error,Analysis of segmentation error,processing quality,and processing efficiency.
