Memristor is a new kind of circuit basic component.It has the characteristics of memory function,small size,variable resistance and compatibility with CMOS technology.It can be used in traditional CMOS transistors integrated circuits,continuing Moore Law.Firstly,it describes the concept of a memristor.It takes the mem_TH voltage-controlled threshold memristor as an example to introduce the Pspice mathematical model of memristor.It analyzes the influence of different parameters on the electrical characteristics of the memristor such as the threshold voltages and memristor resistance and explains the characteristics and advantages of mem_TH voltage-controlled threshold memristor compared with other memristors.Secondly,it analyzes the characteristics of the ideal voltage-controlled threshold memristor model.The circuit model of the ideal voltage-controlled threshold memristor simulator is designed and the simulator circuit is implemented by hardware.The memristor value and threshold voltage can be controlled by changing the parameters of the components in the circuit.The circuit structure of the simulator is simple and easy to implement.Subsequently,the above ideal voltage-controlled threshold memristor model is applied to the fourth-order Lü chaotic system,and the double vortex chaotic attractor is obtained.The memristive chaotic system is processed by the means of dynamics such as system variable phase diagram,bifurcation diagram,Poincare map,Lyapunov exponent diagram,etc,and by changing the system parameter a,the change trend of the memristive chaotic system from periodic behavior to chaotic behavior is obtained.Simulation results verified the feasibility of this memristive chaotic system.Finally,the mem_TH voltage-controlled threshold memristor model with CMOS is applied to the hybrid memristor digital logic circuits design.A new type of XOR logic circuit unit is proposed which can be converted to the 2-of-1 MUX A hybrid CMOS-memristive full adder and a 2-bit multiplier circuit are constructed through the hybrid 2 of 1 data selector circuit and XOR logic circuit.The components number of above circuits decreases compared with the existing memristor circuits.The digital logic circuits designed in this paper have the advantages of simple structure and low power consumption.
