In recent years,the Internet industry has matured.With the increasing scale of netizens,a huge market has been created.More and more merchants are beginning to explore the model of simultaneous online and offline sales.However,the continuous increase in the scale of users and the number of orders faced by the online model has brought new challenges and requirements to merchants to process orders.Manage and process orders or business through the work order system,manage and track customer service,and make the originally complicated process simple and efficient,and easier to operate and manage.Moreover,with the development of the industry,the competition between merchants is no longer a simple comparison of product quality.Customers' evaluation of the entire service is now a problem that merchants are more concerned about,so the research on service evaluation can help merchants better manage the in-stallation team.,Provide a basis for merchants to make service improvement decisions.This article addresses the needs of a company.Through technical selection,out-line design,detailed design,etc.,an installation work order system based on analytic hierarchy process is described.The biggest difference between this system and the or-dinary work order system is the installation service evaluation.It is an attempt on the service evaluation subject to find a standard for the service evaluation of the installa-tion master.This article introduces the research methods of service evaluation,namely the analytic hierarchy process and the technical framework used by the system.The backend is developed based on Spring Boot and Spring Cloud to realize the microser-vice architecture,and Mybatis is used as the middleware to interact with the database.Introduced the advantages of various frameworks and the benefits of using these frame-works to the system.Then through the study of business and functions,the system is divided into 4 modules,each of which is a separate microservice,which is developed using Spring Boot.The 4 modules are: install team management module,install task management module,Install evaluation management module,SMS management mod-ule.This article has carried on the demand analysis,outline design,detailed design and realization to the detailed elaboration of the system test to these 4 modules.The team management module mainly manages the installation team and team members.The task management module is related to work orders,used for the management of task records,and also includes tasks related to task assignment.The evaluation manage-ment module is to manage the evaluation data uploaded by users,including storage and analysis and display.The short message module serves the entire system and is used for any module that requires short message service.At present,the system has been officially put into the production environment and deployed on the Alibaba Cloud server,replacing the original evaluation method on paper and improving the efficiency of data collection and analysis.The way of commu-nication with the installation workers has also changed from the way of SMS phone calls to the informationized mode.
