Since the publication of the paper-“Can Quantum-Mechanical Description of Physical Reality Be Considered Complete?” co-authored by Einstein,Podolsky and Rosen in 1935,the “contradiction” between the “simultaneous reality of non-commutative physical quantities” and the “completeness of the probabilistic interpretation of quantum mechanics” has been hanging heavily over physics like dark clouds.Starting with accepting the term-“the EPR paradox” named by Schr?dinger,exploring rationality of the premises of the EPR paradox from multiple perspectives has become the main thread to solve it.However,in previous studies of physics and physical philosophy,more attention was paid to the premise of “locality and realism”which Einstein and others relied on in their argument,while little attention was paid to the deduction rule of classical logic,which is another premise in the argument.As for the development of quantum logic which is a kind of non-classical logic,after Birkhoff-von Neumann first proposed “orthodox” quantum logic(B-v N quantum logic),various non-classical logic that hope to characterize quantum mechanics emerge one after another,some of which were extended on the basis of B-v N,and others go through other paths,such as dynamic logic and many-valued quantum logic,which together constitute a generalized quantum logic system.Obviously,no matter what kind of quantum logic,it is required to explain the EPR paradox and provide solutions.However,due to various reasons,the experience of systematically combining quantum logic with the EPR paradox and studying their relevance is still insufficient.This thesis tries to use the methodological tools provided by the institute for contemporary logical paradox research,take the definition of“three elements” of paradox and the relativity of paradox as a guide,integratedly refactor the components of the EPR paradox,and use the RZH criterion to evaluate solutions provided by various kinds of quantum logic,so as to manifest the touchstone status of the EPR paradox research on the development of quantum logic,thus systematically revealing the profound relationship between quantum logic and the EPR paradox and exploring the possible approach of its further development.The first chapter of this thesis is an introduction,which mainly introduces the research status of this topic at home and abroad and gives the research significance of this thesis.The second chapter focuses on the background of the emergence of the EPR argument,clarifies the point of the argument,and analyses the origin of the presupposition of “locality and realism”.Since there are more analyses of “locality and realism” in both the fields of physics and philosophy,the third chapter will be based on revealing the paradox elements in the EPR argument,from the “locality and realism” aspect,discussing some current solutions which are the mainstream.But based on “locality and realism”,there is no perfect solution.On the other hand,quantum logic can provide a new idea.Starting from Chapter 4,we will explore the soundness of the presupposition that “the law of deduction of binary logic can be applied to quantum mechanics”.Chapter 4 will introduce the B-v N quantum logic formal system and combine the subsequent development of the system to try to resolve the EPR paradox,then comment on Reichenbach's three-valued quantum logic.This logic system attempts to eliminate the causal anomalies in the interpretation of quantum mechanics.Based on which,this thesis explores the many-valued approach to resolve the EPR paradox.It is generally believed that neither B-v N quantum logic nor three-valued logic is a perfect solution to the EPR paradox.Therefore,Chapter 5 introduces a fuzzy set models of many-valued quantum logic system combining many-valued approach and orthodox quantum logic,which makes up for the shortcomings of the two approaches.But this is still not the end.After combining fuzzy set quantum logic and dynamic logic,hoping that in the new system,it is possible to simultaneously characterize the“locality and reality of quantum mechanics” and the “many-value quantum logic system”.Therefore,it will no longer divide the two presuppositions of the EPR paradox,but to study them as a whole,which will be the most promising research approach at present.
