The demand of the public for health is increasing,While traditional fitness equipment has a simple function,bulky volume.Therefore,the light fitness equipment suitable for home exercise has become a new research hotspot.Recently,due to the characteristics of light weight,strong flexibility,the soft exoskeleton has attracted the attention of researchers.In view of the above situation,this thesis proposes a soft fitness exoskeleton combined with elastic belt.Compared with simple elastic belt equipment,it has the advantages of variable stiffness,convenient use and so on.Firstly,this thesis is based on the theory of ergonomics,applied in the design of the soft exoskeleton for fitness.The shape design and structure size of the soft exoskeleton for fitness involve the theory of human anatomy and human motion science.In the human-computer physical interaction,the stress comfort of the strap is studied,which provides a theoretical basis for the selection of the strap.Finally,a prototype of the soft exoskeleton for fitness is made based on the theory.Secondly,In order to realize the variable stiffness of the soft exoskeleton,a pneumatic artificial muscle resistance device was designed.By controlling the input air pressure,the stiffness is changed,so as to provide a variety of resistance strength for the fitness soft exoskeleton.The experimental study and modeling of the static characteristics of the pneumatic artificial muscle,which provides the basis for control.Additionally,in the research of human-machine information interaction,the human-machine information interaction device based on ECG signal and information interface are introduced.By displaying the heart rate signal of the trainer,the exercise intensity can be monitored.Users can realize the remote control of the fitness soft exoskeleton resistance deviceFinally,the variable stiffness control system of pneumatic artificial muscle was studied and an experimental platform was built to test the training effect of soft exoskeleton.The variable stiffness control system is composed of hardware components such as solenoid valve set,air source and control interface based on PC terminal.After the construction of the experimental platform,the s EMG signals and breathing volume of the subjects were collected to prove the effectiveness of fitness soft exoskeleton training.
