With the continuous development of social economy and the continuous improvement of iron and steel metallurgical process,the requirements for the reliability and controllability of iron and steel metallurgical process are getting higher and higher in iron and steel enterprises,and the research on its reliability has also attracted people's attention.In view of the dynamic and complexity of the metallurgical industry system,this paper further studies the reliability of the metallurgical industry system,which mainly includes the following two main contents:In view of the dynamic and complexity of the process system,this paper further studies the reliability of the metallurgical industry system,which mainly includes the following two main contents:(1)Intelligent fault diagnosis analysis of metallurgical system based on Petri netUsing the method of fault tree analysis,a fault diagnosis expert system for metallurgical process system automation equipment based on Petri net for minimum cut set is designed.The system adopts structural modular design,designs fault inference engine based on knowledge in the knowledge base,realizes the rapid location of automation equipment faults in metallurgical industry system and provides fault maintenance plans,and uses self-learning function to update and expand the expert knowledge base.Finally,according to the failure of the automation equipment in the actual steel smelting process,the equipment fault diagnosis analysis and improvement are carried out,so as to improve the reliability of the steel metallurgical industry system.(2)Reliability analysis of metallurgical industry system based on Petri netConsidering the dynamic transition process between the states of various components in the metallurgical industry system,and applying the relevant theoretical knowledge of Petri nets,a reliability model is constructed and analyzed for the metallurgical industry system.First consider the status of each component in the metallurgical industry system and its impact on the system reliability,construct its stochastic Petri Net(SPN)reliability model according to the flow chart of the metallurgical industry system;secondly,construct and simplify the metallurgical industry system SPN model homogeneous Markov chain(Markov chain,MC),according to Markov chain related theoretical knowledge to solve the process system characteristics,so as to obtain dynamic information such as time and change utilization rate;finally according to the change utilization rate of the process system Reliability analysis.According to the main process of iron and steel smelting,the proposed method is used to analyze the reliability of the metallurgical process system and verify the feasibility of the method.
