With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology,the sharing economy is booming with the support of national policies and third-party payment,shared power banks are emerging at the same time.Shared power bank has the characteristics of large market demand,low operation and maintenance cost,and high profit.Therefore,the shared power bank industry has attracted the attention of a large number of investors and manufacturers.Since the advent of the shared power bank in 2014,the industry has developed rapidly so far.At present,the domestic market mainly presents the market structure of “three electrics and one beast” and Meituan.In addition to increasing the share of first-tier cities,companies are also constantly moving to third-and fourth-tier cities.By 2020,the number of users of mobile shared power banks nationwide has exceeded 200 million.With the increasing number of smartphone users,the potential of the shared power bank industry is unstoppable.For large shopping malls and public service areas,a reasonable choice of shared power bank suppliers will not only benefit consumers,but also bring more profits to businesses.To choose a shared power bank supplier,you need to consider many factors,such as product quality,price,transportation,after-sales service,production management,etc.Not only economic factors,but also environmental and social factors need to be taken into account.Therefore,the selection of shared power bank suppliers is regarded as a multi-criteria group decision problem.Therefore,this thesis proposes a linguistic hesitant fuzzy multi-criteria group decision making method based on Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of a Ratio Analysis plus the Full Multiplicative form(MULTIMOORA),and applies it to the problem of supplier selection for shared power banks.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)Firstly,the set operator of linguistic hesitant fuzzy set(LHFS)is improved,the Bonferroni mean(BM)operator is introduced,and the linguistic hesitant fuzzy Bonferroni mean(LHFBM)operator,the weighted linguistic hesitant fuzzy Bonferroni mean(WLHFBM)operator and the generalized linguistic hesitant fuzzy weighted Bonferroni mean(GLHFWBM)operator are proposed,which briefly introduces the properties of the operator and gives a simple proof.(2)Secondly,based on the similarity coefficient of LHFSs,considering the difference between each alternative of a decision maker and all other alternatives in multi-criteria group decision-making,the differences of each alternative between a single decision maker and decision groups and the differences between alternatives of a single decision maker and all other decision makers,using the idea of Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)to construct a three-objective nonlinear programming model to solve decision maker’s(DM’s)weights.(3)The theoretical improvement of LHFSs is carried out.By constructing the binary relationship between two linguistic variables,the possibility degree of LHFSs is defined,and a possibility degree algorithm for sorting LHFSs is proposed.At the same time,based on the possibility degree algorithm and fuzzy preference relationship,this thesis proposes a fuzzy preference relationship for LHFSs based on possibility degree,and uses the Best-Worst method(BWM)to solve the subjective criterion weight,and then calculates the objective results based on the entropy weight method.Using the Jenson-Shannon divergence to synthesizing the subjective and objective results,the comprehensive criterion weight is obtained.(4)This thesis takes into account the inconsistency of risk preference behavior of decision makers when faced with gains and losses,introduces prospect theory,and uses risk attitude parameters to aggregate positive and negative prospect values to obtain a linguistic hesitant fuzzy prospect value matrix.Based on the MULTIMOORA method,combined with the numerical results and ranking results obtained by the three subordinate methods,the comprehensive ranking results were obtained by using the improved Borda rule,and the optimal solution was obtained.(5)Finally,the linguistic hesitant fuzzy multi-criteria group decision-making method proposed in this thesis is applied to the problem of shared power bank supplier selection,and the effectiveness and rationality of the method proposed in this thesis are verified through comparative analysis.It provides new ideas for solving linguistic hesitant fuzzy multi-criteria group decision making.
