Laser technology is constantly developing in modern society,a wide variety of laser weapons are constantly being used in modern battlefields.To eliminate the enormous imperil caused by laser weapons,countries all over the world are actively studying laser countermeasure equipment,and the research of laser warning system has also started immediately.Laser warning system is a new generation of photoelectric detection equipment,which can detect the incoming laser,get the wavelength and two-dimensional direction of the incoming laser,and send a warning signal to our military personnel.Laser warning system with large field of vision,high-accuracy and wide spectrum is an significant research orientation of laser detection equipment at present moment.Firstly,the basic principle of grating diffraction wide-band wide-field two-dimensional laser warning system is analyzed and studied,and the formulas for calculating the azimuth angle,pitch angle and wavelength of incoming laser are obtained.In the light of the technical quota,the improved grating and large field lens in the laser warning system are designed and simulated.Secondly,the imaging characteristics and noise sources of the two-dimensional laser warning system are studied,and blind pixel compensation and image nonuniformity correction algorithms are devised to enhance the image SNR.In view of diffraction flare center location problem,an improved gray center of gravity algorithm is proposed.According to the set threshold,the image is binarized,and the connected areas are marked,and the connected areas whose area is smaller than the set value are eliminated.For the remaining connected areas,calculate the spot center.In order to eliminate the distortion of wide-field and wide-band achromatic lenses,a fitting correction algorithm is proposed.By fitting the pixel positions in the X direction and Y direction of the flare center,the calculation formula of the azimuth and pitch angle of the incoming laser is obtained.By fitting the average distance between the 1st and 0th order,the wavelength calculation formula is obtained.Finally,the image processing algorithm is verified by experiments.The laser with different wavelengths is used to incident from different angles,and the calculated results of the spot center are statistically compared with the calibrated values.The results indicate that the laser warning image processing algorithm can detect the wavelength range from 450 nm to 1600 nm,and the wavelength error is better than 10 nm.It can achieve azimuth viewing angle of 100 and elevation viewing angle of 80,and the angular error is better than 1.
