The prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease and other diseases are important medical issues facing modern society,and the current situation such as deepening aging and insufficient medical resources make this problem even more serious.Home health monitoring can be an effective supplement to disease prevention and intervention,and its importance is becoming more and more prominent.Existing home health monitoring products are not rich enough,with a single function and insufficient ease of use.In this thesis,a physiological signal acquisition and processing system is designed to meet the needs of the use scenario within the home.The system can acquire inertia signal and physiological signals which is important to home health care such as ECG,respiration,body temperature and pulse wave.The acquisition device transmits data to terminal computer through Bluetooth Low Energy for processing and visual presentation.The system uses the design of flexible fabric electrodes and fabric chest strap,which is soft,comfortable and easy to wear for a long time.It can realize dynamic health monitoring,and capture brief non-continuous abnormal physiological signal changes,which is important for health monitoring,intervention and emergency warning.This thesis firstly designs the hardware for each physiological signal sub-module,including the peripheral circuit design of the main control unit,the design of power supply module,the designs of several physiological signal acquisition subsystems,the design of appearance structure and the design of flexible fabric chest strap.The layout of each subsystem is optimized reasonably,and the miniaturization of acquisition device is realized on the premise of achieving the function.Then in the software design,the necessary service files for Bluetooth Low Energy are designed,the chip drivers of each acquisition subsystem are written,the appropriate sampling rate is set for each chip to packet all physiological data and send to the host computer.The data processing of physiological signals and the extraction of important characteristic parameters are implemented in the terminal computer,and a display interface is designed to display several physiological signal waveforms and related parameters.Finally,the performance of system is tested according to the design content,including power consumption of acquisition device,stability of Bluetooth transmission,quality and accuracy of each physiological signal,and so on.The test results show that the system can acquire ECG,respiration,temperature,pulse wave and inertial data in real time and can provide relevant characteristic parameters,the power consumption of the acquisition device is low and the Bluetooth transmission is stable.The effectiveness of the system is verified.
