In the era of Internet e-commerce,digital information is developing rapidly,and commodity information on the market is gradually becoming transparent.Focusing on the retail clothing industry,the clothing sales market is a completely competitive market,and price has become an important factor for consumers to pursue high cost performance of clothing products.Based on the niche theory,each mature single-category segment in the large-scale clothing market,It has a relatively stable demand distribution based on the price dimension,that is,a segmented market based on a single category of clothing,and there is a corresponding relatively stable market demand in different price ranges.From the retailer's perspective,this paper proposes a clothing planning method based on the price dimension of a single-category market segment.The data in this paper comes from the real sales data set of a large clothing company,including multi-dimensional data such as commodity prices and user purchasing behavior.First of all,the demand distribution is fitted based on the price dimension of the single product category.The content is expanded by data feature analysisparameter model selection-parameter estimation-demand distribution fitting,and the multidimensional sales data set is collected to the smallest decision-making unit-clothing single category.The visual characteristic analysis based on the price and sales volume of this category shows that the two are in a stable trend distribution,and the normal distribution,logistic distribution and gamma distribution are selected as the parameter model,and the maximum likelihood estimation method is used to parameterize the selected parameter model The value is estimated,and the gamma distribution is determined as the final price-demand distribution function through the goodness-offit test.Secondly,an integer clothing item planning model was constructed,and a basic clothing item planning model and a clothing item planning model with fashion index were constructed with the price demand distribution function as a constraint.The decision variables of the model were the types and items planned under each price range.Quantity,the model as a whole aims at maximizing profit.In addition,considering the fashion characteristics of clothing products,that is,clothing products of the same category are distributed in different price ranges under the influence of market trends.Therefore,based on the basic clothing model planning model constructed,a clothing model with a fashion index is established.Planning abstract model,and relying on the method of solving integer programming mathematical problems,introducing 0-1 logic variables and infinite number M to make a preliminary simplification of the model to facilitate subsequent solutions.Finally,an application example is analyzed based on the planning model.The data preprocessing includes the calculation of the price distribution of clothing styles based on the fashion index and the definition of the price range,and calls the mixed integer programming solver(MILP)of the lingo software to perform the clothing planning model.Data simulation is used to verify the effectiveness of the method.Enter multiple single-category clothing styles.Based on the constructed basic and fashion index-based clothing planning models,the types and number of models planned under each price range can be effectively output.Prove the effectiveness of this method.At the same time,the solution results of the two models show that the clothing planning model with fashion index is faster than the basic clothing planning model,and the solution results are more in line with the actual daily business decisions of the enterprise,that is,the model planning model with the fashion index is more realistic.This article proposes a clothing retail lean planning method based on the price dimension of a single product category,and the experimental results show that the method is effective.Research in the field of clothing has played a certain role in perfecting.
