The balanced assignment of tasks between individual preferences and group performance is key research in human resource management.Task assignment and collaboration are the foundation of the field because the effective collaboration of the personnel in the group can exert collective performance and further improve the work efficiency of the group.Meanwhile,reasonable assignment of tasks is the precondition for effective cooperation among team members.Therefore,the goal of this thesis is the balanced distribution between the multipreference of employees and managers and the overall implementation efficiency of the group in the enterprise.It aims to maintain a high group performance while satisfying the preference of managers and employees,that is,to seek the assignment balance between the preference of both sides and the group performance.In this process,we not only need to consider employpreferencesrence for different departments and fully use employees’ subjective initiative.It is also necessary to consider managers’ degree of liking for different employees,it speeds up team operations and promotes collaboration.The traditional method of division of labor and assignment simply pursues the maximization of benefit and fails to consider the preferences of different individuals.However,individual preferences often conflict with group performance.Balanced assignment,which takes into account the preferences of different individuals,is the key to conflict resolution.To solve this problem,this thesis takes the classical scenario personnel assignment as an example.The research contents include:(1)Modeling the preference balanced assignment problem,Role-based Collaboration theory and E-CARGO model were used to abstractly extract the factors of employee division and post assignment,selecting employees as agents and departments as roles,and the agent will different preferences of compensation factor analysis.Taking the preference attributes of agents and roles as the main attributes.And using a group role assignment model to formalize the problem.The multi-preference balance constraints are transformed into vectors and matrices,and the preference matrix and agent-role cost evaluation matrix are established.(2)Based on the model,a multi-preference balanced assignment algorithm is proposed.According to the dynamic preference compensation factor,the assignment solution is transformed into a multi-objective solution.Within the error range,the optimal equilibrium solution is calculated by a multi-objective solution.The coefficient range of the agent’s preference compensation factor is determined and the solution range is reduced.(3)The multi-preference balanced assignment algorithm is further optimized and validated by large-scale experiments.On the basis of considering that agents have different willingness preferences for roles,this thesis further analyzes the different willingness preferences of roles for agents.Based on the E-CARGO model,the problem elements are abstracted,the preference matrix is redefined,and the agent-role preference qualification evaluation matrix is reassessed.And the range of preference compensation factor coefficient of the role is determined.Constructing Pareto optimal solution set with the help of banker’s rule,so that under the condition of ensuring the team execution efficiency and the agent’s willingness preference,the satisfaction rate of the role’s willingness preference is further guaranteed,and the optimal equilibrium solution is selected.Large-scale simulation experiments show that the model and method described in this thesis are general,effective,and reliable.The multi preference balanced assignment method proposed in this thesis can quickly complete the optimization and task allocation in the second time range and improve the efficiency of assignment coordination.At the same time,the conflict between agent and role preference and group performance efficiency is solved.It not only ensures the efficiency of team execution,but also improves the willingness and preference satisfaction rate of agents and roles by considering the preferences of different individuals.The method in this thesis more fully considers group preference performance,makes team execution more humanized,and can effectively help improve the enterprise personnel structure,optimize personnel management,and support industry decision-making.
