Aiming at the doctors' outpatient scheduling and satisfaction problems,personalized arrangement to doctors,satisfying the doctor's personal preferences to improve and guarantee the quality of diagnosis and treatment,maintaining the stability of the relationship between doctors and patients in medical and health care,this paper studies the doctors' personalized outpatient schedualing via many-to-many assignment with spatio-temporal contraints.The medical industry is critical to national citizens' health,ease the tight relationship between doctors and patients to maintain social stability.Objectively,continuously improving the doctor/nurse's capability and upgrading the medical facility is the key driver of high medical quality.While subjectively,personalized arrangement to patients and even doctors is very important to relationship between doctors and patients.The key of the doctor 's outpatient scheduling is assignment,that is,time scheduling according to doctors' medical seniority and their willings on choosing time slots,it meets their willings and imporves doctors' treatment,effectively ease the relationship between doctors and patients.There are complex spatio-temporal contraints in doctors' outpatient scheduling assignment,solve the doctor's optimal satisfaction via many-to-many assignments,to ensure the doctor's treatment quality.Based on this,the research contents main include: 1)Mathematical modeling: modeling the doctor's outpatient scheduling assignment with Role-Based Collaboration(RBC)theory and its E-CARGO model.Using role represent doctors,We form the treatment time window into a role requirement and form the complex spatio-temporal contraints in the doctor's outpatient scheduling assignment,establishing the personalized physician outpatient scheduling assignment model;2)Assigning algorithm research: according to the doctor's outpatient scheduling assignment model and the historical simulation data of the doctor's satisfaction in each time slot,by the method of folding half to evaluate the quality of the doctor's visit,and proposes a many-to-many assignment algorithm to solve the doctor's outpatient scheduling assignment;3)Rapid assignment adjustment: after the doctor's outpatient schedualing assignment,the doctor may have leave and travel.In this case,hospital need to conduct the transfer assignment,The paper further formalizes the doctor's visit time with constrains,and use many to many assignment algorithm to quickly solve the transfer assignment.Simulation experiment shows that the method is efficient and accurate.Personal outpatient schedualing assignments,to meet the doctor's satisfaction,it get the best scheduling effect,thus ensuring the overall doctor's satisfaction.In transfer,balance the overall doctor's satisfaction with the transfer numbers,and achieve self-adjustment in seconds.Therefore,the whole solution,model and algorithm can scientifically arrange the doctor's visit time,which is beneficial to improve physician's treatment,and indirectly relieve the relationship between doctors and patients.
