ADC foaming agent(azodicarbonamide)is a widely used and huge amount of chemical blowing agents.The modification of raw powder of ADC foaming agent can improve gas of coating and change the decomposition temperature,which provide different kinds of a certain requirement for foaming agent products in the rubber materials market.In industry,manufacturer both at home and abroad through the overall process involves three steps: synthes is of hydrazine hydrate,preparation of biurea by condensation of hydrazine hydrate,oxidation of biurea to azodicarbonamide.The entire production process has the problem of high impurity content and large amount of waste water.The higher the quality of raw powder of ADC foaming agent,the better the quality of modification of blowing agent azodicarbonamide.Its need the high quality of biurea material.In order to synthesize high-quality biurea and get high-quality raw powder,in this work,two methods of synthesizing of biurea and the preparation of azodicarbonamide from biurea by oxidation.The first method is that biurea was synthesized from hydrazine hydrate and sodium cyanate,The second method is that biurea was synthesized from ketazine and urea.biurea has been characterized by IR.Ketazine content was determined by GC-MS.Finally,biurea were prepared by two ways,the preparation of ADC foaming agent by oxidizing hydrogen peroxide.Detection results of biurea and azodicarbonamide,the first synthesis method is better than the second synthesis method.
