Aluminum alloy castings with an annual output of nearly 20%growth rate,but aluminum alloy a utilization rate is low,general only 50%to 60%,and 40%become revert.Recovery Aluminum Alloy recycled reuse has attracted more and more attention at home and abroad.The effective recovery of Aluminum Alloy returns to reduce Aluminum Alloy die casting production cost,make full use of the aluminum resources and reduce waste emissions,is of great significance to protect the ecological environment etc..Many countries and regions are stepping up the development of Aluminum Alloy recycled reuse technology,and applied to practical production,at present our country Aluminum Alloy waste recycling is still in the initial stage.This paper with high performance aluminum alloy bearing force support as the research object,repeated remelting of generated the production of discarded parts and the sprue,to obtain parts and remelting was observed by optical microscope,scanning electron microscope(SEM)and transmission electron microscope,modification and heat treatment of organization,and gives the corresponding with the variation of the performance.The results show that:With the increase of the remelting times,a total of Si has also increased the number,eutectic structure is granular to coarse acicular shape and embedded in the primary alpha phase,fragmentation effect on the matrix increases from the.The content of two elements of both Fe and Si increased,Al5Fe Si in gradually coarsening,and genetic effects of Fe in the melting Fe and Si atoms cluster aggregation,prompted the Al5Fe Si to grow up.Tensile strength of the remelting times increase showed a decreasing trend with,in three and again after remelting tensile strength value for 227 MPa;hardness increased gradually,to rise by Vickers 105 HV;fracture dimple number reduced,increased cleavage plane,the fracture mode from quasi cleavage fracture to brittle fracture transition.The RE La as modifier of aluminum material regeneration after melt processing.With La content increasing modification effect more obvious,when La content is 0.8%modification effect best,the mechanical properties is also so in 0.8%strength was 265 MPa,the fracture mode to quasi cleavage fracture dominated.After solution of squeeze casting microstructure of coarse eutectic Si and acicular Al5Fe Si phase refine exhibits fine granular,and solid solution with the increase of time L/B value decreased from 8.9 to 2.The tensile strength increased from 227 MPa to squeeze casting solution time for 8 h 268 MPa.ADC12Aluminum alloy extrusion casting fracture to quasi cleavage fracture,after solid solution treatment,reduce the fracture cleavage planes,and gradually refined,and the emergence of large number of dimples and tearing edges gradually by the quasi cleavage fracture to ductile fracture transition,and the macroscopic mechanical properties of the materials and consistent.
