Konjac glucan-mannan chitosan(Knojac glucomannan KGM)whose production is rich is a kind of natural macromolecular polysaccharide,which has excellent hydroscopicity,film forming ability,gelation,thickening property and adsorption,etc.Aerogel is the importance of a material in recent years,is a kind of dispersive medium low donsity porous non-crystalline solids.The traditional study of aerogel is given priority to with SiO2 inorganic aerogel,more organic aerogel research are relatively few.In this paper,we use the KGM as raw materials,to prepare KGM aerogel and KGM nano aerogel.The process is optimized and the optimal performance of aerogel is obtained,and carry on research about its function and characteristics.The main research content is as follows:1.Preparation of KGM aerogel and explore the influence of different KGM concentration,precool temperature and precool time on KGM tensile strength,elongation at break of the aerogel,moisture absorption and the porosity.Integrated data from KGM concentration is 1%,precool temperature is 15 ?,precool time for 48 h KGM aerogel show more excellent performance parameters:tensile strength of 1.250±0.2 MPa,the elongation at break of 15±0.5%,hygroscopicity was 8.5±0.1%,the porosity of 84±1%.2.First after electrostatic spinning of the KGM wet gel to prepare the KGM nano aerogel,with porosity as response value,using the single factor and response surface method optimization of KGM nano aerogel preparation technology.The research results show that when the concentration of KGM was 1.05%,spinning voltage is 23.08 kV,precool temperature is 20.97?,KGM nano aerogel porosity get the optimal value of 94.4741%,through the verification experiment of KGM nm aerogel porosity is 94.23%,agreed with the theoretical value.3.After measuring the stability of KGM aerogel,we get that KGM aerog el has the good stability to organic solvent such asalcohol,ketone and certain alkali resistance.But strong oxidizing acid solution will damage the aerogel.4.We use the field emission scanning electron microscopy to observe the internal structure of the aerogel.Amplification were observed under 500?10000 times to find that the porosity of the porous aerogel KGM is very rich,.We can see the regular arrangement of circular holes and other irregular holes.In addition,there is a quite larger KGM molecular lamellar membrane structure.And after the progress of classic spinning,the holes of KGM nano aerogel b ecome more regular.Pores are richer.There are a lot of fibers around the holes.The structure of rich fibers has significant effect to the performance improvem ent of aerogel.
