Rosin is a kind of rich forestry resources in Guang Xi.At present,the main processing method about rosin is distillation by water vapor.The shortcoming of water vapor distillation is high energy consumption and the color of the rosin product by this method is very deep.The dark rosin has an impact on the deep processing products.In this paper,we produced light-colored rosin and its modified products by the solvent precipitation and the light-colored products have met the industrial standard.The effects which including the kinds of solvent,solution temperature,incubation temperature and time,and the ratio of raw material were investigated for the property of light-colored rosin and its deep processing products.Finally,the optimum process conditions about the light-colored rosin and its deep processing products were determined by solvent precipitation.1.The optimum process conditions of preparing light-colored rosin with the method of low-temperature solvent precipitation were researched,which was the optimum synthesis condition was as follow: the material mass ratio of Resin and petroleum ether is 0.63,Resin and petroleum ether dissolve completely Under the condition of 50?,Stir in oxalic acid(one percent of the mass of rosin)fully in the solution,fully mixing solution filter to remove impurities,the filtrate washed with water in 50?and three times,Solution fully let stand with stratification,The upper solution was turbidity shape by mixed in the process of cooling and stand for 24 h at 0?,the solution was separated into solid and liquid,the solid was dried by vacuum and The liquid was collected.The solid was washed by water three times,the amount of washing water was determined by the quality of the solid,and then,the solid was dried by vacuum and was weighed.In accordance with the relevant national standard testing,the solid was characterized and its performance was measured.Under the optimal conditions,the result shows that the acid value of the light-color rosin was 180.60 mg KOH/g,the color was 3 and the softening point was 78.90?.Through the theoretical calculation of energy consumption,we can found that the energy consumption of the light-colored rosin with the solvent precipitation at low temperature was reduced by 27.52%,compared with the energy consumption of the existing method about water vapor distillation.2.The optimum process conditions of preparing light-colored rosin and its deep processing products with the method of the mixed solvent precipitation were researched,which was the optimum synthesis condition was as follow: The ratio of quality about rosin and the mixed solvent was 1:3.5.The ratio of quality about disproportionated rosin and the mixed solvent was 1:2.5.The ratio of quality about hydrogenated rosin and the mixed solvent was 1:2.5.Resin and the mixed solvent dissolved completely Under the condition of 50?,the fully mixing solution filter to remove impurities,the solution fully let stand for 24 h at 25?,the solution was separated into solid and liquid,the solid was dried by vacuum and the liquid was collected.The yield of the light-colored rosin was 36.76%,the shallow color reached 2.The yield of the light-colored disproportionate rosin was 32.56%,the shallow color reached 3+.The yield of the light-colored hydrogenated rosin was46.20%,the shallow color reached 1.The ratio of quality of disproportionated rosin and the mixed solvent about H3 was 1:4,the total yield of Disproportionated rosin was 46.67%.The ratio of quality of hydrogenated rosin and the mixed solvent about H3 was 1:5,the total yield of hydrogenated rosin was 51.10%.3.Under the condition of the same process,we used the light-color hydrogenated rosin to compound hydrogenated rosin glyceride and we found the color of hydrogenated rosin glyceride is 5.compared with the color of hydrogenated rosin glyceride on sell,the color of hydrogenated rosin glyceride was reduced 2?3.
