In this paper,bis-Schiff base and bis-8-hydroxyquinoline ligands were synthesized by 3,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid,4-fluoronitrobenzene,5-chloromethyl-8-hydroxyquinoline and 5-formyl-8-hydroxyquinoline as raw materials.The bis-Schiff base ligands coordinated with Zn2+ to get 2 kinds of Schiff base zinc coordination polymers P1 and P2.The bis-8-hydroxyquinoline ligands coordinated with Zn2+ and Al3+ to get 8 kinds of 8-hydroxyquinoline metal coordination polymers P3 to P10.The structure and properties of ligands and coordination polymers were analyzed by IR、UV-vis、1H NMR、ICP、elemental analysis、TG and fluorescence.The coordination polymers can be partly dissolved in DMF、DMSO、DMAC and NMP.5%weight loss temperature of the bis-Schiff base zinc coordination polymers(Pl,P2)were 336℃ and 340℃.5%weight loss temperature of the bis-8-hydroxyquinoline metal coordination polymers(P3-P10)were between 310℃ and 378℃.P1~P10 showed good thermal stability.The fluorescent maximum emission peaks of bis-Schiff base zinc coordination polymers(P1,P2)in DMF solution were at about 490nm with yellow-green light,the fluorescence efficiency were 21%and 30%,the fluorescent maximum emission peaks of P1 and P2 in the solid state were at about 500nm with yellow-green light.The fluorescent maximum emission peaks of bis-8-hydroxyquinoline zinc coordination polymers(P3,P4,P7,P8)in DMF solution were at about 500nm with yellow-green light,the fluorescence efficiency were between 23%and 35%,the fluorescent maximum emission peaks of coordination polymers in the solid state were at about 550nm with yellow light.The fluorescent maximum emission peaks of bis-8-hydroxyquinoline aluminum coordination polymers(P5,P6,P9,P10)in DMF solution were at about 480nm with green light,the fluorescence efficiency were between 28%and 37%,the fluorescent maximum emission peaks of coordination polymers in the solid state were at about 530nm with yellow light.Test results showed that the 10 kinds of metal coordination polymers display good fluorescence properties.The 10 kinds of coordination polymers showed good solubility,thermal stability and fluorescence property,and hope to displaying potential application value in the field of optical functional polymer light-emitting material.
