Research On Calculation Method Of Tonnage Of Ores And Rocks In Open Pit Muck-pile

The measurement acceptance system of open pit mine is not only the most complicated,but also the most important work.The calculation of the tonnage of ores and rocks in open pit muck-pile is the main content in the measurement and acceptance of open pit mine.Now with the increasingly serious economic situation of the global mining industry,it exist extensive management,more stringent environmental requirements and disorderly development and other issues.In the global mining economy suffered "winter",how to turn adversity into opportunity? The primary task is to lead the development of scientific and technological innovation and to improve the technological level to reduce production costs.Using the real rock pile to complete the calculation of pre-stripping burst volume and burst pile is currently the main method in the open pit mine.How to quickly and accurately complete the rock pile Ore calculation has been the trouble in the measurement and acceptance.By the analysis of the characteristics of ore amount in muck-pile,there are many disadvantages in conventional method,such as big error,slow operating speed and poor stability.In this paper,a new amount of ore rock pile calculation method named DTM discrete model is proposed to reduce these shortcomings of traditional methods,and discussed in detail on the feasibility and advantages of the rock pile Ore amount computing applications.Through the comprehensive and objective analysis of the construction principle of the model,the algorithm and build process using the Auto CAD VBA secondary development platform,complete the build of DTM Discrete Model.And on this basis,through the specific analysis of the principles to the constructed mode applied for calculation,combined with the geological stratification maps,the stope DTM discrete model and muck-pile DTM discrete model are built with ore properties to achieve the ores and rocks volume calculation.In order to verify reasonable and feasible of using DTM discrete model to achieve the calculation,taking the iron mine in Sichuan Province as the research example.At the same time,using the traditional method such as section,solid model to calculate,Calculation results show that the use of DTM discrete model to achieve the calculation is reasonable and feasible.In addition,it also has some reference for the related calculation work of civil engineering and highway.
