With the rapid development of five-axis numerical control technology in the field of complex curved surface parts machining,NUBRS interpolation technology is more obvious than the traditional linear interpolation and arc interpolation technology.At the same time,the difference of post processing technology has a direct impact on five-axis numerical control programming technology.Therefore,the development level of NUBRS interpolation and post-processing technology is the important factors which restricts the development of the five-axis numerical control machining technology.NURBS interpolation technology can be a very good make up for five-axis numerical control machining of linear interpolation and circular interpolation' insufficient,because they will be used as the micro line as the processing path.And post-processing technology is the core of the five-axis numerical control programming technology,will directly affect the machining quality and efficiency of complex parts.In this paper,based on the theory of NURBS curves and mathematical,respectively to study the complex curved surface parts parameterized modeling and pre-processing technology.Research to the integral impeller as the object,its type surface data point measurement,and thereby generating NURBS parametric model and by controlling the tool shaft of the pre-interference,realize the fairing and the output of the tool path without interference.In order to solve the insufficient of linear interpolation and circular interpolation technique in the complex surface machining process,this paper to NURBS curve interpolation principle based,respectively tool tip point and cutter axis vector parameterization,and calculate the control vertices,intends to synthesize the corresponding tip NURBS curves and cutter axis vector of the NURBS curve,so as to perform complex NURBS interpolation curved surface machining.Then the curvature of the NURBS interpolation point is calculated,and analysis and draw the function of the NURBS interpolation error and the feed rate,and the feed rate can be adaptively controlled by the NURBS interpolation error.Also the post algorithm for five axis NC machine tool rear algorithm research and analysis,and Based on the IMSpost,developing NURBS interpolation of the special post processor,achieve complex curved surface numerical control machining program,and the correct conversion.And then through the VERICUT platform,to build a virtual simulation system,and the simulation machining integral impeller,verification with NURBS interpolation function numerical control program is correct and effective,and the actual processing and verification.Proved by simulation and actual machining: the use of five axis numerical control machining of NURBS interpolation technology and development of special post processor,which is a better solution to traditional numerical control machining of linear interpolation and circular interpolation.It is speed and acceleration discontinuity,large amount of application,the problem such as tool motion is not smooth.Development of NURBS interpolation function of the special post processor,with the implementation of the five axis NC machining of NURBS interpolation,research results meet the complex surface of high quality and high efficiency of processing,which provides theoretical guidance for the application of five axis NC machining of NURBS interpolation technology.
