Along with the rapid progress of Copper smelting technology in China,the production and consumption of copper and copper resource has become the world's first demand.Copper bath smelting technology has become one of the mainstream technology of a copper production enterprise,the technical level enhances unceasingly.The nickel mine of Jinchuan Group Co.,Ltd.contains a certain amount of copper sulphide minerals.Nickel smelting of nickel-matte after flotation separation can obtain higher secondary copper concentrate grade.The smelting process of secondary copper concentrate is adopting imported Russian oxygen top-blown pyritic smelting technology(annual capacity of 70000 tons).In recent years,with the expansion of the nickel production scale,the secondary copper concentrate also increase,the original smelting equipment can't match the scale of production.The inventory of Autogeneous furnace increase to 135000 tons by system capacity expansion revamping.Based on this the paper,combine Autogeneous Furnace system capacity expansion revamping project with furnace capacity expansion and auxiliary equipment,design of oxygen lance,etc was studied,the effect and economic benefits to the Industrial practice are discussed.(1)On the basis of the literature and the production,we comprehensive analysis of the problems existing in Autogeneous furnace and reforming the content.(2)The basic ways of Autogeneous Furnace system capacity expansion revamping is analyzed,and finish the design of furnace by the calculation of material balance and thermal equilibrium.(3)The tapping hole,water-cooling system,refractory material,Waste Heat Boiler,oxygen lance of Autogeneous furnace optimization technology are discussed.(4)The oxygen lance nozzle of Autogeneous furnace is reformed by the basis of industrial production practice,by adjusting lance position at different slag layer,we investigate the condition of the splash of the melt.There is less adhesive slag on the lance which can be cleaning more easily in less time by using 2.5 Mach oxygen lance with Single-hole nozzle,the blowing rate increased by 11%.(5)After transforming for industrial production practice,the system is operating normally,stability and meet the production requirements,each index technology reach the advanced level,enhances the production scale of Autogeneous Furnace,and further improvement is possible to achieve by the transformation of the oxygen lance.
