In recent years,with the national energy development strategy,the domestic Liquefied Natural Gas(LNG)projects get rapid development.As of October 30,2015,built and put into production in our country has 11 coastal LNG receiving station.Meizhou bay of fujian is one of the important port of foreign trade and economic in our country,is also in Fujian provincial government recently one of the key to build three one hundred million tons port.In April 2008,putian meizhou bay began to carry out the LNG project,and equipped with large LNG ship,promote the development of Meizhou bay port economy,advance in port facilities,port throughput is rapidly growth.Maritime safety regulation in meizhou bay of fujian province the LNG carrier as the research object,based on the theory of government public management and public service,discusses in detail maejo LNG ships maritime safety supervision present situation and existing problems,and puts forward effective LNG ship maritime safety supervision measures,hoping to provide reference for other ocean ships Maritime safety regulation in China.
