Supramolecular chemistry,as an interdisciplinary subject in the field of contemporary chemistry,has become a cutting-edge subject in the past 40 years.Its research nvolves organic,inorganic,material,information and life sciences,and many other fields of science.With the development of soft materials,supramolecular gel has attracted the attention of chemists.In this thesis,an acid-base controllable supramolecular system was designed and synthesized to realize the complexation and cleavage of the crown compound with the secondary ammonium ion and the 4,4-bipyridyl cation to form molecular switches.Based on the good coordination ability of metal monovalent copper and o-phenanthroline,the crown ether containing o-phenanthroline unit was designed and synthesized with 1,10-phenanthroline as raw material to form macrocycllic ligands containing crown ether cycle.And the linear molecular guest containing the phenanthroline,the secondary ammonium ion and the 4,4-bipyridyl cation were designed and synthesized.The crown ethers and the object of linear molecules were used to self-assemble the pseudorotaxane.Due to the chiral effects of choline derivatives,the intermolecular ?-? stacking and the hydrophobic interaction of rigid steroid nuclei,it is widely used as the main building block of gel factor.In this paper,the cholesteric derivatives are intro duced into the macrocyclic crown ether structure.The resulting compounds form a reversible supramolecular gel system by means of ultrasonic induction and thermodynamic repair.And the structure of the compounds was characterized.
