Porous ceramic material due to its special internal structure and the friction and wear performance has been praised by the attention of people.In the preparation process of hole,making the porous ceramic material has the special performance,such as high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance,large specific surface area advandge,has been applied to many specific engineering field.By the friction and wear properties of SiC porous ceramic as the research contents,the paper summarizes the existing theory of friction and wear mechanism.On the basis of the scratch test,friction and wear test,wear forecast,research on SiC porous ceramic scratch test hardness,friction and wear perforamce under variable load,and wear forecast.The main research work includes the following aspects:According to ASTM(American Society for Testing Materials)standard of scratch test method,the MMW-1A type vertical friction and wear testing machine for SiC porous ceramic materials scratch test,measured scratch width at different scratch positions,calculate the SiC porous ceramic scratch test hardness under different load.The experimental results showed that the surface of SiC porous ceramic scratch width is different under different load,and the scratch test hardness value remain unchanged.Established SiC porous ceramic and diamond indenter geometric model of scratch process,using the finite element engineering software ANSYS Workbench finite element simulation,Through the scratch finite element simulation of the process under different load.Research analysis of porous SiC ceramic the distriution of the stress in the process of diamond indenter scratch,summarizes the maximum stress change rule in the process of porous SiC ceramic and the diamond indenter scratch.Combined with SiC porous ceramic the force in the process of scratch,analysis the pattern of surface crack in the the process of scratch.By the SiC porous ceramic material and 45 steel ring-block friction pair as test object,in the imporved MMS-2A friction and wear tester SiC porous ceramic material friction and wear test under variable load,the test load increases gradually in the process of test.The test results show that within a certain range,the test load incrase,between SiC porous ceramic and 45 steel friction coefficient decreases.By observing the shape of the surface of the SiC porous ceramic materials after wear,studies have shown that wear mechanism of SiC porous ceramic is abrasive wear and brittle fracture.Using finite element software ANSYS Workbench simulation the SiC porous ceramic and 45 steel ring-block friction pair under variable load.Analysis the stress change and distribution in the process variable load.SiC porous ceramic wear grey GM(1,1)forecast model was estabblished based on grey system theory,Using the MMW-1A type vertical friction and wear tester for SiC porous ceramic and 45 steel pin – disc friction pari wear test,through the establishment of the SiC porous ceramic wear grey GM(1,1)forecast model to forecast SiC porous ceramic wear under different load and speed.Through the resirual error,the grey correlation degree and posterior test,The test results show the SiC porous ceramic wear grey GM(1,1)forecast model accuracy meets the requirements.
